I've been going to this location for years. The baristas know me by my voice, and they know my drink. But lately the new staff have been awful - unfriendly, no personality, can't make drinks properly. I've mentioned this to Michael several times.
Yesterday the barista, Diego, actually wanted to argue with me about the Coffee Frappacino. The heck?!!!? I ordered my usual Venti Coffee Frapp Double Shot. Got it, drove off, took a taste and it was BITTER. Horribly BITTER. I turned around went back and asked why there was no sweetener. Why it was bitter. He wanted to argue with me that's how its made. I didn't have time for that or to wait for it to be remade. He clearly doesn't like his job, and has the personality of a wet bag.

Drive thru Starbucks. I ordered a Blueberry muffin and Hot Vanilla Latte two extra shots of espresso just what I needed 😊. Perfectly made with good service and quality.

I literally just let the Starbucks within 15 minutes ago. I only had a $100 bill which was total orders under 50.00 had to be paid in smaller bills, no problem I said add the order behind me on my bill. I get the mango dragon fruit drink, with little to no fruit. The barista at the drive thru said this was a full 1 Scoop of dragonfruit in this drink.
I don’t know if he was trying to be funny or something but …..
There is no way that this is ONE FULL SCOOP OF DRAGONFRUIT IN THIS DRINK.

I'm just coming back from Starbucks with a disappointment. I'm a military veteran and I went to get a coffee there, I requested the manager who was light bearded if he can give me a different coffee and I told him that I will pay the difference, but he was so arrogant and said he can't do that even after I told him that I will pay the difference, the earlier staff was very good and polite but this guy he doesn't deserve to work there. It was a total disrespect to the veterans just for a coffee.

Filled my drink up 2/3 of the way and drink tasted like a burnt cigarette end and I got a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso which is a sweeter drink.

I'm here once a day Today was a bad day Acts 3 times to repeat order. And still had to walk in because it wasn't correct And then was question About what was and was not in my coffee after I stated in the beginning My extra top and I pay for Wasn't in the cup yesterday I spend too much money with Starbucks to feel like they're doing me a favor Today for the bad taste For this location
3 pm on a Saturday my order was 13$ and they said they can’t take a $50 bill. this is just ridiculous and inconvenient.

It's a good Starbucks most of the time but if you are looking for a place to study, work or vibe in a chill place.... this is not the Starbucks for you. The music is way to loud most of the time to even be able to think. Other customers next to me were having a hard time talking they felt that they had to talk so loud. It's not the most relaxing environment for a coffee shop. They are definitely losing money from customers like me that want to stay and buy a few coffees... but if I can't think to do the work I need to do to pay for the coffee it doesn't make much sense to stay.

Great Starbucks with quick service and friendly staff. Plenty of parking in the front and the drive thru line is fairly quick. All of our drink orders were correct. I loved the architecture of the building.
