Terrible service helped everyone in the store but me didnt even ask me and when i handed them one of there ipads they had left on the customer floor the girl looked at me like I disrespected her. This place sucks.

I am extremely unhappy with an interaction I had at this Starbucks involving a third-party delivery driver. I stopped at this location on Sunday 1/18/26 simply because I was in the area and wanted to grab a coffee. I had no knowledge of delivery schedules or patterns.

While attempting to exit the parking lot outside the Starbucks, the delivery driver began shouting at me, yelling and using profanity. He acted as if I should have known his delivery routine and became increasingly hostile when I did not, despite the fact that I was simply a customer stopping by with no knowledge of delivery schedules or procedures.

The behavior was very intimidating, unprofessional, and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. It was severe enough that it has led me to never want to visit this store again solely because of that situation.

During the interaction, the driver escalated further by directing profanity and personal insults at me and my family, calling them “idiots.” This type of conduct is completely unacceptable.

After the incident, I called the store and spoke with the manager, Carter, who was kind, professional, and supportive. He informed me that similar issues with this driver have occurred before, which is deeply concerning.

While I appreciate how the store manager handled the situation, repeated aggressive behavior from third-party delivery drivers should not be occurring on Starbucks property. I strongly urge district leadership to address this issue with the vendor involved. Customers should never be subjected to such verbal abuse or hostility when visiting a store.

As a result of this incident, I no longer feel comfortable visiting this store because the driver’s behavior made me feel unsafe.
