Half hour late opening the store and still saying there will be a ten minute wait on anything. Went next door to Dunkin, they had me out the door with food in two minutes.

Beware ordering online.Paid for 50% more on 2x footlong. Not received.Maybe 3 jalapeno on an entire footlong asked extra... 4 leaves of spinach...Whoever is working needs to train reading typed out orders.. or maybe care about their job? Idk...Will not be ordering here anymore.

Ordered curbside because it was pouring rain and I had my two toddlers in the car with me. Made sure that I tipped on my $40 order because I knew they would have to come outside and hand it to me in this rain. I come home the pizzas are OK, my husband’s sub is missing bacon which we paid extra for and had no cheese and was not toasted. My BLT Had the tiniest piece of cheese melted into the lettuce. It was soggy mayonnaise all over the place I ordered pepper jack. I know what pepper jack looks like and taste like and this cheese Was sour. Upon calling Subway and telling them that my subs were not well done and I spoke to a lady that I was told is from India. She started to get very aggressive on the phone saying that she made my sub and she knows that she put bacon and she knows that she put cheese in that I was lying and to bring subs back because she wanted to see them in person and I said I don’t live near I have two kids that I just took out of the car in this rainy day, I had to put boots back on, I had to put jackets back on and it was just going to be a hassle and not worth my time. I just wanted a refund for the two subs that were messed up. Lady ended up hanging up the phone on me. I called back and I talked to Heather very nice and polite she also transferred me to another person this time of man I asked him are you the manager and he said no our manager is on vacation and there’s no way to contact them. I just asked for a refund or a gift card something to make this right and They did not want to do that even though I texted him the pictures of the subs. I have never felt so belittled in my life.

BEWARE! DO NOT use this location! My husband and I ordered food from here during our vacation. A month later we had charges on our account from another Subway in New York. An employee stole our credit card information and used it a month later. When I called this location to discuss with the manager, she was quick to tell me she was the owner. Very rude, lacks empathy and justified what happened. Lying and stealing is apparently acceptable here. We called our bank and will continue to investigate. Will call the police if necessary. Btw ... the proud owner said her name was Sherry. She was not nice or caring at all. If you have a business and do not care about your customers or employees than you need to get back to basics. Greed will make some people turn into monsters.

I stopped in on Tuesday Oct 17th (2023) at about 8:20 pm for a wrap. After a long day at work and being very hungry, I approached the counter to order. There was a female behind the counter who was wiping down the counters. She greeted me and said she would be right with me. I waited as she continued wiping down counters and putting things away. After several minutes I asked if I could just order. Again said she would be right with me and continued what appeared to be closing procedures. Exasperated and hungry I left. No wrap. Very unhappy with Cape Subway right now.

I had a friend stop by on August 8, 2023 around 5-6 pm to get me an Italian BMT cold cut and quite frankly what I got was a ham sandwich. There was no salami or pepperoni. Just ham and one piece of capicola that I requested even though I asked for double meat. The girl that made this sub obviously has no idea how to make an Italian BMT and I was not happy. Any other time my subs are great. .

I stopped here bc on Google it says this store is open until 9pm. I come at 8:30pm and I was told by some girl with blonde hair the dining area is closed while I was ordering. Which I was fine with bc I wasn’t gonna eat in there anyways. But I felt bothered bc I seen 3 teens sitting at the table doing nothing. So I was confused on why they were allowed to sit there but I as I walk out I seen them starting to mop/clean the store so it all made sense. I go sit in my car to eat which was parked in front of the store. I seen so many ppl trying to go inside to buy… and the employees had already locked the door! It wasn’t even close to closing time. I felt bad for these ppl bc they had kids and i imagine they must have been hungry and now had to go someplace else bc of them closing 30 mins earlier. I will not come here again.
