I love Taco Bell. The food is usually consistent. The kiosk is cool too, less chance for a misunderstanding when placing an order, great. But needing to ask for a code to take a leak, ridiculous. I get it, people are disgusting and nobody wants to clean up that mess, but if I have to ask permission to take a pee, please have someone available to ask instead of a kiosk. 🔔

As you know with fast food some people maintain there dineing rooms and some dont....well depends on the time here....at night the drivethrough lines can reach west street so wrapped around the building...in some cases you know hours of your rush and i feel stuff should be expedited and ready to crap and bag by an employee...this location has good days and bad days with employees as some cant leave issues at home and they show at work

Came to pick up two Uber eats orders. Waited in the line for about 30 minutes. Was told to go around and wait in line again. I'm not waiting in an hour for two orders. This place is terrible

I'm extremely disappointed. I've been in this area of Annapolis for 2 going on 3 years and never had a bad experience with this location but tonight was the last straw. My order was correct however the quality of the food was horrible! Old soggy tomatoes and lettuce. The guacamole on my nachos tasted very old almost as if it had been sitting. It barely had any chips, it was mostly filler/toppings. Mine came in a cardboard box while my husbands came in the proper to go plastic container. My husband's nachos had way too many refried beans on it to the point that it was unbearable. It's clear there's a lack of care. I had gone twice before and the tomatoes were gross and my tacos were super soggy like they were pre made just sitting. I thought maybe it was just the workers that day but apparently that's just the way things are there. I should've known the food wouldn't be good by the way the woman on the intercom sounded, almost like she had just been napping and could care less. No thank you, drive a little further to another location. Never again! Waste of money!

Went through the drive thru at 8pm on August 31st, and it was hands down the worst experience I’ve had with this location (and I’ve had multiple now with this one).
I ordered a Lux box with a chalupa, and they gave me a cold, bean burrito instead. Not only did I experience the closest thing to cold dog vomit, but I spent about 15 minutes waiting for my order before I was even seen. There just seemed like pure confusion and lack of staff behind the scenes, and didnt seem like there was any care at all.
This location needs to seriously change.

Called to see what time they actually closed and they immediately hung up on me. I called back again to see if they would answer and it was an immediate hang up. This is so unfortunate because imagine throwing away business because you don’t want to answer the phone to answer a genuine question? Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional:(
