Called to see what time they actually closed and they immediately hung up on me. I called back again to see if they would answer and it was an immediate hang up.
This is so unfortunate because imagine throwing away business because you don’t want to answer the phone to answer a genuine question?

Food was a typical taco bell. Ordered through the mobile app, but there was no obvious way to tell my meal was ready. They also did not put the sauces I ordered in my bag.

I dined in, and my food was ready quickly. However, ordering was only done at a touch-screen. Employees only came to the counter to drop off orders.
My order was correct and adequate, but the lettuce was unusually bitter, especially in the soft taco.
The dining area was very poorly kept. Every table had debris and had clearly not been cleaned all day. The floor was also dirty. It's clear that this location needs to devote more employee time to upkeeping the dining area.

Food good. Atmosphere, I left the drive thru angry. Xzayvier was rude and unprofessional. I may have made a mistake by not clearly stating what I wanted on the intercom. When I asked for the correction after looking at my receipt, it was an inconvenience to him. Stating “that’s what you ordered”, and telling the manager “I haven’t messed up all day”. He rolled his eyes with a sour demeanor. The manager was accommodating and corrected the order. To Xzayvier S, I hope you find a job you love.
P.s. instead of “what else” maybe say “will that complete your order”.

Ordering through the app makes it a lot easier because the food tends to be ready faster. I’ve also noticed that when ordering through the drive through there is little to no wait time, versus when ordering inside to dine it takes longer. It’s always clean inside, I’ve never had any issues with an order mix up. This is my go to Taco Bell in the area, not just because it’s close but it’s generally a nicer one.

Food is fine. This place is absolutely terrible with service. Drive through has taken me an hour before. I’ve had over 10 uber Eats orders take over 2 hours then be cancelled because of this location. Taco Bell is great. Annapolis is great. The Annapolis taco Bell is completely pathetic
