Ordering through the app makes it a lot easier because the food tends to be ready faster. I’ve also noticed that when ordering through the drive through there is little to no wait time, versus when ordering inside to dine it takes longer. It’s always clean inside, I’ve never had any issues with an order mix up. This is my go to Taco Bell in the area, not just because it’s close but it’s generally a nicer one.
Food is fine. This place is absolutely terrible with service. Drive through has taken me an hour before. I’ve had over 10 uber Eats orders take over 2 hours then be cancelled because of this location. Taco Bell is great. Annapolis is great. The Annapolis taco Bell is completely pathetic

If cumulative inflation was only 30% over last 4 years why is taco bell charging 100% increases on their food? This place in particular is bad. Crusty Chalupas. Workers have a language barrier with guests a lot of times..I dont want to go again.

Would give this place a 0 if I could. No customer service decency, or communication. Waisted my time coming to this location, only to receive horrible service, and the window door getting slammed at. When I asked to speak to the manager over the phone later, the supervisor on duty snickered and said- “we aren’t a corporate location, so good luck getting that.” (Which isn’t true. I contacted the manager and it was a total lie)
I ordered some $12 combo thing and all it came with was a hard shell taco and a larger size burrito. This is such a waste of money.. It's way too expensive for what they give you

I visited this Taco Bell and the service wasn’t good. I was having a conversation with the cashier and the manager rudely jumped in the conversation. I was trying to understand the menu because I don’t eat at Taco Bell frequently. He interrupted the conversation between the cashier and I, he answered the questions rudely without allowing her to speak. After, I received my food, I asked for napkins and he pointed to an area that wasn’t visible. First of all, pointing is very rude. One of the workers did come out and apologize for the way the manager was acting. The demographics are changing fast but these individuals shouldn’t treat people a certain way because of their perspective of a race.

One of the better Taco Bell’s in Anne Arundel County. Portions are always good. Orders are always perfect with no missing or incorrect items.
