Great cocktails!! These bartenders really know what they’re doing. It really adds to the casual chic vibe. Haven’t tried the food (yet!) but my friends say it’s BOMB 💣 I love the vicinity to the Naval Academy, so post walk of the Yard, you can have yourself a capirinha. The vibe is super chill—can be a great spot for a date or a an experience with friends 💃🏽
The food is rather good: queso is great, guac is solid, even the fries are pretty good, and the entrees are quite tasty. It’s a real shame, then, that the service is so poor. I ordered a burrito and asked to sub shrimp instead of chicken/steak and then asked for fries instead of the side salad and it ended up costing $16 more (total of $35 which is obscene). I had the smothered burrito, and the red sauce was very overpowering, and you couldn't really taste anything on the inside because of that. My wife had the carne asada. The steak was cooked fine but lacked seasoning and would have been better if the onions and peppers were caramelized. The wontons were good but did not have enough filling inside of it. The server was very nice and accommodating and replaced my burrito with quesadelia, which was much better. Really good drinks...
