Our first trip, everything was fabulous! We had the 4 course option and we all tried different entrees. The staff was attentive, friendly and helpful - its a different type of restaurant and the menu is a bit complicated. The quality of the food items was top notch, and the quantity was plenty for each of us. We didn't get photos before we ate, it was very good!
We are very glad we went, although it is expensive, in my opinion, for the amount and types of meat. I don't think we will go for the full 4 course option again, due to the cost, but we will for sure go back for cheese or chocolate fondue (you can just have one of the courses) We recommend it if you like exploring new things, just be prepared for the bill. The other thing that was a bit off-putting was the server, fabulous as they were, handed us the device to be used for payment and had selected the 25% tip option, rather than having it not selected.

Food was good, as always. However, service was not. Waitress splashed cheese around the pot several times, seemingly oblivious to it. And she never cleaned it as we moved to the next course. She never took away empty drinks. She was slow and generally uninterested. I would expect better service at any restaurant, but even more at a place where a meal for four costs more than $300. Utterly disappointing. Oh, and they botched a gin and tonic: gave me gin with club soda!!

The restaurant was amazing great food, good vibes, and overall a solid spot. Matt, our waiter, clearly knew the menu well and helped us make some good choices. That’s the only reason this isn’t a 5-star review. But everything else about his service? Terrible. He barely checked in, seemed annoyed to be there, and had an attitude like we were interrupting his day. No warmth, no effort just bad energy the whole time. It’s disappointing because the place itself deserves better. Hopefully management notices and rethinks who they have representing their service.
Waitress was okay. After we got our salad we felt like it took forever to get our entrees which is fine if there was a backup in the kitchen but no one let us know and our server took forever to come back. Also do not recommend having your servers automatically hit 20% I know that standard but so just checking on your tables
