I was completely shocked to find out that there were vegan options for a full 4-course meal. Our server, Sarah, and the manager, Anthony, were amazing. Ensure you have the websites allergen/sensitivity site up on your phone, just in case they confuse the difference between vegetarian and vegan. It’s a fun experience and you are actually full by the end of the meal (if not completely stuffed).

Went in for Drinks, cheese and dessert fondue. Service was horrible. Ordered add-ons to the cheese fondue, server basically never came back. When she did the cheese was gone. “We couldn't find any ramekins, as she slides 4 more triangle slices of summer sausage on the table. Unsatisfactory for a place like this. We paid our bill and left.

The restaurant was not very full, but we were sat at a table with cords that kept falling out, so our cooktops constantly kept turning off, which was a real pain - things were cooked unevenly and took much longer than expected. And for the price absolutely unacceptable.

 The melting pot is an excellent venue for special occasions when spending quality time with others is a priority. Although the restaurant has an older, dated appearance, it remains comfortable and offers ample parking. The server played a crucial role in ensuring a smooth order process and provided attentive guidance. We opted for the experience menu, which offered a variety of dishes. Despite the holiday crowd and the restaurant's popularity for a four-course meal, the atmosphere remained peaceful and intimate. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would confidently recommend it.

I t had been a long time since we had fondue so we booked a reservation. The waitress suggested getting the 4 course meal for two persons. I was surprised at how much food it included. We did not have room for the dessert and the waitress suggested that she pack it up for us to take. She was really friendly and service oriented. We heated the chocolate in the microwave the next month and tried out the fruit and cake/snacks included. The menu was a nice change. This location appears to be well run.

Great experience. 4 course meal was fantastic with a nice extra dessert for a birthday. Lots of selections to mix and match. My wife has celiac disease so everything was gluten free and there were no issues with that. In fact there was a special GF snicker doodle with our chocolate dessert fondue that is only available for those eating gluten free.

We went out for a date night and to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. Our experience was overall good, but had a few setbacks. I understand that we get placed in sections where servers are, but more consideration should be put in creating a more intimate setting for certain occasions. With this being a date night and celebration of a birthday, we expected it to be more intimate. Instead, we were placed in a section that was noisy and one table (full of women who were obviously partying), took away some of the romance we were expecting. At one point, one of the women was loudly yelling out vulgarities. Outside of this, the food was phenomenal as always and we enjoyed every bite!
A great and memorable date night and i wonderful dinner with great service and great food 😁
