My girlfriend and I went for dinner on a whim and couldn't of been happier. After a bit of a mix up we had Kylee as our server and I genuinely couldn't recommend anyone better! Great personality, perfect service, and all in all a phenomenal person. If you ever have the pleasure of them as your waitress you are in for a fantastic evening! I would not suggest anyone go spend that much money for this place. It was disappointing. I hate even saying all that was wrong. In a nutshell:Dirty table, reservation included flowers which were presented in a dirty vase and must have been half price, the food was beautiful on the first tray that was literally dropped at our table. I know, accidents happen, but the second tray was absolutely skimpy. The fondue was extremely skimpy, I expect the pot to at least be half full of melt. It was not. There was no salt and pepper on the table, and the veggies had no seasoning on them. The dips or sauces were not flavored enough to season your food enough. We were a late reservation, and they were short staffed (trust me, I was told multiple times how much cleaning had to be done during our birthday celebration) it was unprofessional at best. But our waiter would rather talk and complain than make sure my water glass was full. The manager tried to make the situation better, but when I finally mentioned that the fondue chocolate was so skimpy it was crazy, he offered me to purchase another portion. (I said forget it. Did I mention that we were there for 3 hours when there were only 2 other couples in the entire place? The locals know this place is not up to par, obviously. It took forever to get food, for the cost of over 100.00 a person the amount on each course was shameful. Except on the appetizer. They must have cut an entire sour apple up because they would have had to pitch it I guess. I really was so very disappointed. As a customer, this was supposed to beworth the money one way or the other. Quality of food was good, amount was shameful, service left me shaking my head, including our waiter stirring fondue and splattering it all over the table and our outfits. I believe the waiter was under the influence of something, which made it worse. I think he might have been better if he didn't allow whatever he indulges in to enter his workplace. I left way too much of a tip for what we got. Just go somewhere else or buy a fondue pot of your own and save your money. I will say the dishes were clean atleast to end with a positive note.

We went to the Annapolis MD Melting Pot and our waiter Curtis was on the spot. It was 10 of us for my birthday and he had our drinks on time and food on time and we had to wait on NOTHING. granted it was 2:15 pm on a Sunday but he was he was very good and very quick but very rushed us.

After waiting 40 minutes to be seated despite a reservation, our server repeatedly forgot about us and had to be tracked down for new courses. Our service experience was so poor that an adjacent customer offered to find the manager for us on their way out of the restaurant. Food quality was good. Service quality will prevent me from returning.

Fun experience, a bit pricey, even during restaurant week, cocktails and wine are 12+. We had a new server and she had been given 5 tables, which seems like a lot considering how much they have to do at each table. Next time might just be cheese fondue and chocolate fondue. Highly recommend the loaded potato cheese fondue and the dark chocolate fondue. So 4 of us, almost $300. Once a year for us.

My husband and I have been going to this exact location for 11+ years for anniversary’s, birthdays, and date nights. It has always been great. Our first date night after having our daughter was absolutely atrocious. Our server took 10 minutes to greet us and explained they had been sat 5 other tables at the same time. I understood and we placed our drink order. They came back with two waters a few minutes later and again asked for our drink orders which we had already placed. One drink came the other didn’t when we asked for it they brought it and took our entire ordered except chocolate. Then we turned away 2 beers we didn’t order (that we were charged later for). Then our waiter came back and asked us what we wanted to order (he had already taken our order and this happened 2x). We finally got our cheese made almost an hour after we were there and were left to stare at it as he left to go get the stuff to dip in it and never returned(10+ minutes). A random staff member noticed and ended up getting it for us. From this point on we never saw our server again until we got chocolate despite walking passed our table so many times. Our cheese started to smoke and smell terrible sitting there too long empty so we had to remove it from the burner. Twenty minutes after our cheese was empty we finally got a random guy to ask if we were ready for our salads. That savior ended up getting us all of our food and refilling our drinks. When we finished our main course our waiter finally returned to ask if the food was good. By the time we got our chocolate we just wanted to leave. Got our bill were charged for drinks we didn’t order. I don’t get out much without kids and honestly I’d rather eat with my 1yo then have to experience 3 hours of that again for $200. It’ll be a long time before we return.

Went during restaurant week in Annapolis 2024, and it was such a great deal! Our sever Michelle was so patient and polite. Even though it got busy she was very attentive. The food options were great! We got a three course meal for $40 pp. We got fondue appetizer, followed by salad, the the entree included herbed chicken, shrimp, steak, veggies, and ravioli. We could not finish it all so our server boxed up our desert. I'll save that for the wife late... wink wink! Overall, i will recommend this Melting Pot for good service and good food. Go on Thursday for their “ThursDate” deal which is all about romance.

Drove 2 hours to get here with my girls just to be told I needed to make a reservation even though it was 2:30 in the afternoon and the place was empty! I asked if they had any reservation times and she said at 8:15pm! Not worth it. That’s ok though because Double T’s diner was close by and they had amazing food and very friendly staff.

Neither the hostess nor the bartender offered me a menu and it took at least 5-6 minutes for the bartender to even acknowledge me at a bar with 2 other people at it. I finally got my drink and went to be seated for our dinner. I could barely hear my date because it was so loud and I had to ask for my water to be refilled twice. The manager didn't even come around like he normally does to see how our meal was going. For a meal that costs close to $200 at a restaurant ive been coming to for years across the country I expected better, well, everything. Sad.
