Girl, I am not from here was trying to find a park. Saw this joint thought it was a normal restaurant.. (it’s a butcher shop) anyways the guy working was like I can make uou a burger I’m like bet because I haven’t eaten anything but coffee today and seriously. I should have taken a picture but I was too hungry. Was the juiciest most delicious worth every dollar burger I’ve had in a while. Definitely was a pleasant find for me 💛

Had really good cuts of beef. Definitely the best premium beef I have had to date. Owner also puts a lot of care into trimming the beef. Overall will be back to get more beef if I ever pass the area.

Hands down the absolute best butcher shop I've ever been to. My friend has been talking this place up to me for years, and it exceeded the hype. Worth the trip all the way from Baltimore City just for this.

Stopped in for a sandwich and left with andouille. Only sandwich available was chicken salad and it was delicious. When the sandwich was ready the guy also brought me a slice of fresh smoked andouille sausage that was so perfect I couldn't not purchase a whole one. It seems more of a butcher shop than a take out sandwich place but that sandwich was crafted not just thrown together. They've got duck fat and other cooking provisions in the cooler and some beautiful cuts of beef and pork in the glass case. If I lived closer, I'd be a regular.

Congratulations on one of the best chicken salad sandwiches I have eaten in a long time. Bread was definitely a highlight. The home made peanut butter highly recommended. Will definitely be returning to try the other sandwich offerings.
Made a last minute order for a smoked ham. Not only did George A. Williams accommodate, he delivered to our front door personally on CHRISTMAS EVE @ 8:50 PM!!! Can not rave enough about this culinary gem in Annapolis! This man deserves your business.Chef's kiss and thanks for adding some tasty "Merry" to our holidays!

Finally. A perfect sandwich! Ordered one ham and one chicken salad and both were out of this world. The bread was true German-style and the meat was flavorful. All flavors perfectly balanced. Love the Phish references. Need to start a cult following for this quirky place. (Menu is limited and seasonal so go with it).
