I go to toastique a couple times a week and today when I placed my order, I did it incorrectly. But, because staff recognized my name and knows my order they were able to catch the mistake.... they actually called me and made sure I wanted my usual despite what my mobile order said. I was absolutely shocked and so pleased they decided to check with me... I have a dairy allergy and mixing up the milk could cause me major issues. Luckily, because of their attention to detail and knowing my name and order, they caught it. If that's not AH-MAZ-ING customer service, I dont know what is! Great job!!! And thank you again!

Tried ordering coffee. Employee was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. It was 2:55pm 9/23. Me asking questions about the item and her responding standoff ish. I didn’t order. Store is very cute and I would’ve loved to tried menu.
I only order from Dunkin so me asking questions about a coffee is because I am trying to try this place out. Very disappointing

The MOST accommodating and kind staff a combined with yummy and healthy food. I felt bad asking to remake my egg because it was runnier than I personally cared for and without any hesitation, they offered to make a new one and delivered it to my table. Would 100% recommend coming here if you want food that’s good for you, tasty and a great atmosphere along with staff that really care for their customers

My only regret is that I didn’t know about this place sooner. Affordable gourmet toasts - seriously how was this only $15??? It was delicious, staff was friendly, the esthetic is *chef’s kiss* and I couldn’t have lunched happier!
I had high hopes for Toastique, was very excited and went out of my way to try it, but unfortunately, it completely missed the mark. We spent about $70 on breakfast, and I left genuinely frustrated.
I ordered a bowl specifically without granola and with several other modifications. Despite that, it was served with granola on the bottom and the top. The staff admitted the mistake—but instead of remaking the bowl, they casually asked if they could just scrape the granola off the top and serve it like that. Seriously? The bowl was still half granola, and it tasted like none of my customizations were followed.
To make matters worse, I ordered two different toasts—and both came on plain, raw bread. Not toasted. It was just cold bread with toppings, and it was honestly gross. How does a place called “Toastique” not manage to toast bread?
The only decent parts of the meal were the shake and the chia pudding. Everything else was a letdown. For the price and branding, I expected way better quality and customer service. At the very least, I expected them to remake the messed-up order or take it off the bill—but that didn’t happen.
Bottom line: great marketing, terrible execution, save your money, there are better options, locally that offer more customization and more local fresh ingredients.
