This place, with its exceptional staff and delectable food, deserves a five-star rating. One evening, I made a decision to propose to my fiancé, and I was searching for a suitable venue. Upon entering, I was seated and approached the waiter. I requested his assistance in creating a special proposal for my fiancé. To my delight, he was able to involve the entire staff, making me feel at ease and comfortable. They worked diligently to help me plan the proposal last minute, resulting in the most perfect proposal that I will cherish forever. Although I didn’t get the names of the staff, I highly recommend this place.

I have no complaints. The service and the ambience was amazing. We’ll be returning.

BIRTHDAY DINNER FAIL!!!

My family planned a full day of surprises for my birthday yesterday. Our last stop was for what we hoped would be a wonderful dinner/experience.
They researched restaurants and made reservations for Tuscan Prime because of all the great reviews. They were surprised to see a new name, but still expected a great experience.
The inside was beautiful and upscale. That was the only highlight for me unfortunately.
It was not busy at all, yet we sat at our table for almost 30 minutes with no acknowledgement of our existence from any employees, including the ones that walked by multiple times.
We ordered drinks and water. No water came.
The server didn’t know much about the menu so couldn’t answer most of our questions.
I ordered the lobster. A bit later, the server came back to tell me they didn’t have lobster. Most restaurants have a list of what they are out of so guests can be made aware upfront. Not this restaurant. I settled for a lobster tail dinner served with pasta. There were 2 options: white wine butter sauce or spicy marinara. I ordered the white wine butter sauce.
Our meals came out and my dish had red sauce. I tried the pasta and my fear of getting the wrong thing was confirmed. It was a while before we were checked on so I just ate some of the other meals at the table. I sent the dish back because it wasn’t the white wine butter sauce I ordered. Another several minutes later, the server came back with my original dish to tell me that the chef told her it was the white wine butter sauce! It was red sauce! White wine butter sauce has nothing red, OR SPICY, in it. I was not happy and ultimately refused the dish. I never even tried the lobster. By this point, the other meals were almost done so I didn’t order anything else.
Reservations were made with a note that this was a birthday celebration. Not a word or happy birthday or anything that made me feel special. Quite the opposite.
We didn’t order dessert and just wanted to get out of there.
What a huge disappointment. I wasn’t going to let it ruin what was otherwise a perfect day, but I am upset at just how bad this experience was for me, especially on my birthday. My family put a lot of time, thought and planning into making my birthday epic and they were so unhappy that I wasn’t taken care of on such an important day. You can’t redo a birthday dinner.
When you are charging $50 to $100 for entrees, you need to deliver excellent food and service fitting a fine dining restaurant. You failed on both fronts. I will most definitely NOT recommend and, at any opportunity, will advise people NOT to support this restaurant.

Formally known as “Tuscan Prime”, now known as “Cavalli Annapolis” was absolutely amazing.
From the time we entered the restaurant til the time we left, the service was amazing. They have outdoor seating with heating, indoor seating with beautiful decorations.
Our waiter Kyle was amazing. The manager came over and gave wonderful tips for food. We had the Ribeye eye rolls, Caesar salad to start with their new Pear drink.
For our main entrees we had Lobster ravioli and Tortelloni with the rose drink. I give this restaurant 10/10. I highly recommended and I will be back.

Good friendly wait staff and great food

We had a wonderful time celebrating our dear friend's birthday. We reserved the designated area for small private parties. The staff assigned to us was phenomenal, pleasant and patient! The food was good. I ordered the lamb chops and a small house salad. No one sent any food back and all the orders came back correct. One of the managers checked on us regularly. Overall, we had an incredible time, and created new memories at Tuscan Prime!

This is the third time my son has requested this restaurant for his birthday dinner and it never disappoints! Great wine, delectable apps, options for vegetarians, meatatarians, picky kids and those with food allergies. Great desserts as well! And the service has always been absolutely over-the-top fabulous! Also the vibe is awesome. We always request to “sit by the tree” and are always accommodated. Thanks Tuscan Prime!

Let me start off by saying #TikTokMadeMeGoHere! One of the BEST customer service I have received in a long time. We were greeted at the front with an okay pleasantry. However, our waitress Kris sold me. Kris provided the utmost respect and customer service. I LOVE a waitress that knows their menu. Kris asked us what we liked to eat in general and after telling her, she built our meal for us by telling us what she highly recommends and what she didn’t. Her knowledge of the menu and the combination of food choices she selected are beyond impressive. Our meals came on time and Kris checked in with our table as often as she could. Although there was a minor hiccup Kris corrected it IMMEDIATELY. She hung around to make sure my error was fixed but she expressed her concerns to her manager Randall. Randall did what any great manager should do, greeted us humbly and expressed his sincere apologies and also ensured the error was fixed. Everything about the meal was PERFECT. I ordered: Roses are red drink, Fritto Misto (Calamari), Steak-Lobster, with garlic mash potatoes and Spicy Mambo (garden salad). Other than the minor hiccup I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant. If you’re able to ask for Kris as your waitress (call the restaurant and ask for her availability), you will not be disappointed. I am definitely making reservations to visit this restaurant again. The ambiance of the place is amazing and captivating. YES YES YES. Treat yourself and go.

Parking: There are a lots of free garbage and outdoor parking spaces. It’s about a 1-2 minutes walk from the parking lot/garage to the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: There’s a kids menu on the table and as a mom of a picky eater I think the menu was not complicated as has meals accommodating for children. The music was not vulgar nor was the guest creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.

Celebrated our son's birthday and everything was perfect. Food was delicious and service was outstanding.

I love love love the sea bass with crabmeat. Delicious will be back! Celebrating my granddaughter’s birthday.

We had a great experience, and the manager was very helpful and welcoming. Our waiter Andrew was amazing. The food was great it was our anniversary. I would definitely recommend this restaurant
