The Mexican pizza appetizer was good and large enough to be a large entree or an appetizer to share for four people! The "dance party " music was very loud....
The waitress was beyond amazing! Gave great recommendations and made the experience enjoyable. Definitely recommend
Food was great. Chips and salsa amazing. Server was attentive. Unfortunately went on one on the hottest days this summer and the air conditioning in restaurant could not keep up. We felt badly for the servers who were working hard.
They charged us for three alcoholic drinks that we did not get and I didn't notice it until I got home. The air conditioning was not working, and the food was subpar.
Very disappointing experience. This was our first time at Urbano and right when we walk in we notice it is very very hot inside the restaurant. We are on an excessive heat warning and it is 90 degrees, so l would expect any establishment to have AC as it is a very uncomfortable temperature. We politely said something to the server how it's quite hot in here, and he said the AC is on but all the windows are open. This has to be a lie because there was no AC on at all and it was so uncomfortable we didn't even want to eat or be there any longer. The food was also very disappointing. The queso was thick like cement and very unappetizing. My taquitos were dripping in oil and grease. My families quesadillas were bland and the beef was rock solid and chewy. Overall, the meals were disgusting, the atmosphere was so uncomfortable, I felt like I was gonna have a heat stroke and couldn't wait to get out of there as it felt nicer outside in 90 degrees vs. that restaurant. Will never be back.
I made a stop at the new urban Mexican restaurant and I want to share my amazing experience. I ordered a dish from Chef Corner, Halibut al Pastor. I highly recommend it. It's a 10 out of 10, just like the Sprinter Margaritas. They are delicious and very refreshing. I 100% recommend this place.

Reviews were mixed but we decided to try Urbano and are glad we did! Food was excellent, service was friendly and prices fair. We will return!
Our meal was delicious and the service was excellent. It's the best Mexican food we've had in Maryland. We will definitely be back!
Great service, delicious food, affordable pricing, what more could you want? We went for mothers day and we had a lot of pleased ladies.
The hostess informed me that she could not honor our reservation. She stated that the kitchen had halted food orders and that we would not be able to order. She suggested that we try to find seats at the bar if we wanted to drink (only). This restaurant is failing.

Went on Cinco De Mayo and they were not prepared. Not enough staff and highly unorganized. Making a reservation only put you in priority for seating instead not at your reservation time. Staff was exhausted and let you know that. One bartender. We ordered our food and drinks at the same time to try to expedite. Was told that even dressing on the side may not happen since they were not reading doing modifications....food came out 45 minutes later and we still didn't have our drinks. We also had to get up and go to the kitchen to get our utensils...plastic at that...my fajita salad had nothing but lettuce and chicken none of the other stuff on it and one of our people only received half of their order. Will not be going back.
Our reservation wasn't honored, we were just given “priority” in the queue for a table. Service was slow and the food was marginal.
My group and I went on Cinco de Mayo, and even though I understand that is a more busier day, because of the inclement rain it wasn't truly that crowded. The service he received was horrible waited forever just to get served and the food quality was also very poor. How do you order nachos and you can literally count the number of chips on the plate?!? Each chip was covered with meat which just made it super Soggy. Then there was an issue with the bill and the manager proceeded to have an attitude with us and made overall experience uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I can say that I doubt I will go back there again.
Our late Saturday lunch was delicious. The chips were light, salty, and plentiful. Accompanied with 2 salsas, the chips were a great way to start the meal. The octopus ceviche was fresh, light, and vibrant. The pork belly entree was unctuous, beautifully plated, and so good! The 72 hour short rib dinner wasn't as tender as could be, but the flavor was well developed. Both were winners! For dessert, the fried ice cream was perfect, accompanied by cinnamon taco strips. Yum. Tres leches cake was also a hit. Oh and the drinks were yum...the standard margarita was as good as any we'd ever had. Service was friendly and gracious. It appeared to us that perhaps additional staff was needed...we'd waited longer than expected to be greeted. But after that, we had no complaints. The noise level could easily get out of control due to the high open ceilings. But our mid-afternoon meal was conducive to conversation. We'll be back!
Ate outside which was more quiet but right by traffic coming into Towne Center. Really enjoyed the darker salsa, ceviche, and tortilla soup!!! Will be back to try other items.
