We have been ordering from vizzini’s for 22 years they have never disappointed my family & I unfortunately there’s a first time for everything we ordered a 2 sub deal 2xl soda 2 subs & 2 fries we got 1sub 1frie 2sodas We called them back the lady that answered was the same lady who took our order she said she would get the other sub & fries out too us asap it was taking to long so we called back same lady she was very rude & said she forgot too tell them that she would take care of it now, our food never came this was on 4/29/2022 I’m very disappointed in the service but food is very good

They stink except for their pizza. They have a few decent appetizer items, but the prices for the small portions are outrageous. I have ordered delivery more frequently than carry out. You never know when the order is going to arrive. They always say 45 minutes, but it could arrive in 15 minutes or an hour. They don't have dine-in. I will never forget the incident around 3 years ago when I viewed their current menu and pricing online. I called in the order and was told it was going to be around $10 more than the menu stated. I cancelled the order and suggested that they should be reported to The Better Business Bureau. A few minutes later I received a nasty call from "one of the owners." Extremely argumentative. He went on about how great their ingredients are. I couldn't get it through his skull that it is not good business practice to advertise items at one price and charge a higher amount. There wasn't even a "pricing subject to change disclaimer". They have lost me as a regular customer except when I'm in a pinch.

I'm sorry to say this, but I was hoping to support local businesses during covid, and this was the absolute worst. It was my first time ordering from this chain. I wanted a pizza for dinner. What I got was a cold piece of cardboard. I really don't like posting negative reviews, but this pizza went in the trash. Don't waste your money!
