So slow in the drive through they stack everyone up in the lot after placing your order. Happened twice in a row, not sure why it takes them so long to make a burger. Skip it.

The extraordinary General Mgr. Jason, made my visit and service 5***** He was patient, kind and asisted me while I installed the Wendy's App. Top rating for his service. 🤩Love the renovated building, seating and 2 very clean bathrooms.

The classic chicken sandwich had a green tomato and the chicken was made of ground chicken. The service was horrible. Had to ask for napkins and only three were given to us. Had to ask for ketchup and only 5 small packaged ketchup was given.
I will never visit this Wendy's again.

This one is going to close next at the rate they are going. Order meals for four, 2 adults and 2 children- two fries and one burger was missing, after explicitly asking if it was all there.

You wonder why you’re stuck making minimum wage??!! Do better.

i rarely leave a bad review but this is the 4th time i’ve come to this wendys (convenience and hoping each time will be different) and each time they’ve been out of 4-5 items, there’s two people working without gloves, items coming out wrong, and having to wait at least twenty mins. i get nobody really ever wants to be at work, but it is visibly and audibly obvious the workers are annoyed to be there. was excited for the renovation…i know it’s fast food but just leaves little to be desired😕

has anyone ever tried to order a baked potato here? although on the menu, they do not exist. i have tried so many times to get a baked potato. today was told i could get one if i waited 6 minutes for it to be baked. after waiting longer than that, went inside to be told that they never turned on the potato baker & offered me a free frosty. worst wendy’s ever!

My wife and I went thru the drive through last Sunday. We ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches and one 4 piece chicken nugget. We received 1 regular chicken sandwich and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with the wrong toppings on them. On top of that all 3 chicken filets were so small the bun covered them entirely. We also ordered 2 large fries, which were less than half full and ice cold. Both drinks were also flat. We threw the entire meal away and went to Chick-fil-A. We tried to call customer service at the location no one has answered after numerous attempts.

Could not be worse, whoever is managing this place is god awful. Waited 10 minutes just to order, another 10 to get 2 sandwiches. They clearly can't handle the online ordering, just so bad.

This has to be the worst Wendy’s around. Their coke machine has been down for months. You all fit Coke and the give you Dr Pepper. A month later they let you know they have no Coke. The mess the order up more often than they get it right. They pretty much give you what ever they have in the drive through. Check your sandwiches before you leave.

I know most fast food places don’t have the most caring employees. And of course ya don’t expect a gourmet meal but OMG - this Wendy’s is an absolute nightmare.

The employees WANT you to know they don’t care. They take so friggin long to put together the most basic order. I feel embarrassed FOR these employees as they certainly don’t possess the minimal amount of pride required to feel it themselves.

I guess the price increases at all the fast food chains make up for the lost revenue due to horrifically bad business practices.

Remodeled for what exactly? To have the worst workers not care about anything they do? Just ordered an order from door dash and let’s just say me being mad is an understatement. 0 straws for my drinks. 0 sauces for my not saucy nuggets. Sat in line not moving after ordering my food for 25 mins. Got to the window, gave them my card. They said I didn't give it to them after they handed it back, all they said was "nah" and stared at me when I said I had already paid, thought maybe they hadn't run it. Nope, got home and they charged me for 2 different orders, nobody will answer the phone. I'm done with this place, not my first bad experience there.
