I decided to try this Wendy's again. Waited for 20 minutes after I ordered a Salad and baked potato. They came to my car and told me they did not have all the ingredients. Would I like something else?I said no, just my money back. Since i ordered through the App they had no idea how to refund my moneyLadt tome the food was cold and chili was obviously very old and burnt. DON'T go to THIS Wendy's.

Damn everytime I try… it’s horrible my nuggets suck they taste like they was old but the fries was hot and salt not like Wendy’s, they fries usually garbage. My chicken spicy was cold too why they shut the Def hwy one done doesn’t make sense to me… and how the Dued talk to me in the drive through blew me.. I was going say biggy bag . It no other Blt on the menu…

Worst place on earth!!!! We ordered on the app and the manager on duty said it wasn't in her system and we needed to get a refund thru the app. 20 minutes rolled by and nothing, we asked for a manager, corporate number and she replied with call 911 for any issues and she has no phones for us. Negative stars !!!!!!!!

Only giving one star because no stars isn't an option. This Wendy's is SLOW and I've been by numerous times when the Frosty machine was down. It's turning into the McDonald's with the McFlurry machine that never works! Please, Wendy's of West Street, inmprove on this location... it's the only one around Annapolis that's open!

At 2 pm stood in line for 15 minutes while girl who was supposed to be at cash register did other stuff. Customer in front of me complained, and she walked off. Will NEVER go to this Wendy's again. Terrible service, I left without ordering.

I once ordered a salad without any meat and I received one full of bacon. When I asked them to remake it, they made snarky remarks in front of me. When is bacon ever considered a vegetable? The environment was definitely not welcoming whatsoever.
I had a lovely stand and wait to be noticed at the counter for six minutes. I knew someone was going to end up being a manager... she told another flunky to take my order. I was there at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast. No coffee cups, only small ones, was the quote. So then sell me a coffee in a small cup. They had no syrup for French Toast sticks. I wanted to try the croissant breakfast sandwich... McDonald's has those. It appeared that no one knew about the offering that I thought had now been available for two months. And who thought pumpkin spice frosty was a good idea?

This place only deserves a one star because you can't rate it lower. Went inside because the line was long and I just wanted 2 pumpkin frostys. Waited way to long before anyone in the back came to take my order. The place was dirty and trash was laying around everywhere behind the counter and in the dining area. The restroom has been used recently to smoke a blunt or two, judging by the smell. Then, they only had chocolate. Sorry for the long review but this place is a dump.

the food here is alright but their service sucks. we ordered food from them through doordash and was missing both drinks and a small frosty. I called doordash and we were able to get a redelivery but instead of them giving us the small frosty, we got a duplicate of one of the drinks. they did give us our whole order back so double the food. they also didn’t answer the phone when we called 5 times (2 of the times before we contacted doordash).
