Apparently, I had no choice, but to use this stupid kiosk things to order my food. Those things are dirty, they're nasty, and I got my order wrong. The people who work here were nice.

Stopped here for bathroom and bite to go. No one at counter to take orders, only a sign saying to use Kiosk. Used Kiosk, however it did not have a place to use Frosty Key Tag - for free Jr. frosty, and I wanted to pay in cash. REMEMBER Order #, no paper/receipt from Kiosk. Employee seemed annoyed that I walked up to counter to pay and show keytag; then said my order didn't show up. They were more interested in drive-thru window than customers inside. Family behind me had problems with Kiosk not taking payment; and another customer didn't like using for her FF. This customer ordered Lg. Frenchfries, which they received b4 my order, and it looked more like Medium Fries (the box was not full). Very disappointed in this Wendy's, not the service or quality customers have come to expect.

Waited 45 minutes in drive thru line at 1030 at night. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE
PATHETIC SERVICE. I come work late on Thursday nights and its always horrible service . Today 7/24 was worst ever 😫

Kiosk was not working properly went to register sent us back to Kiosk no place to order no bun /wheat allergy went back to register finally placed our order. Our food was dry cold with no condiments. Burgers were super thin and dry. Customers were coming in from the drive thru complaining about their orders. Another lady was screaming and cussing at the employees about her messed up order. Another guy inside also let them have it over the lack of service and crappy food! All while we are eating are own cold crappy food! POOR FOOD POOR SERVICE!!!!

We placed our order and we’re trying to pay cash. We spoke to the employees asking if they could service us and they said they weren’t understanding what we were saying. We didn’t even get our food. Worst place ever.

Wait times are ridiculous. Order wasn’t even started on till 15 minutes later, not only that but it took a long time just to make the food.

Dirtiest fast food restaurant I have ever been in. No napkins, no ketchup. Bathroom looks like it hadn’t been touch in days. No paper towels in bathroom. Some of this could be excusable if they were busy but it was dead and 2 employees just sitting in the lobby. Food was cold and prepared wrong. My daughter found a hair in her food.

$30 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Had to repeat my order at the drive through 3 different times. After I paid, they asked me to pull up (off their timer?) then brought food out several minutes later. Food was correct, but we weren't given any straws for drinks or spoons for Frostys.

The food isn’t good but the service is worse. Wait times at this location are ridiculous. You can get out of the Wendy’s line and drive next door to McDonald’s and get your food before your order would even be taken at Wendy’s. Management is HORRIBLE, and this is a franchise so nothing will get any better. They will ring up the wrong order charging you more than refuse to correct it. The way they talk to the young people working there is terrible. Bruno is a manager and refused service to me because I asked for my order to be corrected. So I got a refund of $23 and went next door and got food…make it make sense. Instead of just correcting my order you took an entire loss. Franchise should be held to the same standards of corporate. I will literally drive the 8 miles further to another Wendy’s if I ever wanted it again. Seeing how they operate though I’d rather support another fast food chain. They should close this location and put a ChicFila because they have excellent customer service. And the foods always right!
