Customer service is horrible. The gentleman working drive thru doesn’t speak clearly. Then I’m waiting for my drink from the combo I ordered, he opens the window and says “what?” I explained how I never received my drink. He told me I never ordered a drink. I said I ask for a coke when asked what type of drink, he said he didn’t charge me for a drink and to purchase a large coke would be $3+ I paid for the large coke. He hands me the drink and slams the window. I drive off, taking a sip of the coke…it’s Cherry coke. Now I have to pull back around, park and go in.

Horrible. The place has been going down hill since I’ve moved over here 7 years ago. Customer service is trash & horrible. I know because I work in customer service. Food is always cold. New look to the restaurant but it still has no value due to the people they hire and the food always being cold. When I ask for extra sauce they act like they’re going to die. Mind you I only come here if I get off late and I’ve been disappointed every time. I will be going inside next time to complain and that will be my last time going there.

1230 in the afternoon, the French fries were old and cold. The chicken nuggets were dry cold and the double stack cheese burger was a poor excuse! Wasted $8

Theybspen alot of money on a remodel a year or two back...alot of wasted space still in this large foyer....the wait time yesterday and it was not real busy was over 20 min....not a place to go on a time crunch....service was not real friendly...it was more like you were a burden showing up and wanting things...they need someone with some enthusiasm and politeness at the counter...to me better food then McDonalds next door bit the wait has you wanting to leave and even goto wawa..this use to be a great location with great people working but not since the remodel

The place is very clean (and empty). Food is bad compared to other Wendy's locations. This restaurant has the thinnest beef patties I ever saw. My local Wendy's puts twice thicker patties in Dave's double. Service was slow, but not terrible. The staff was polite.
Never came back again. The services is horrible. When we came back to tell them they screwed up our driver through orders, they never said sorry and very rude to customers.

It's clean when I visit but dear god the staff are incompetent. All I ordered was a 10 piece chicken nuggets with fries, that was 15 minutes ago. I'm typing this as I wait. The staff don't seem to care. They called out my number then got mad when I took it...which they had made wrong by the way. The nuggest aren't even made.

Kwamane is an amazing employee! Put up with my indecisive menu browsing, and took my order with a smile and super positive attitude. I left with super fresh nuggets and a smile on my face, all due to Kwamane treating me not just like a customer, but also like a friend. Thanks Kwamane, hope you get a raise, you deserve it.

So so slow. If you see the drive-through wrapped around the building, keep on going. I forget how bad this Wendy’s is and occasionally stop by once a year and then I’m like oh yeah that’s right. It’s been like that for as long as I can remember. McDonald’s food is utter crap but at least they can actually take your order and get your food to you. I’m not sure what this Wendy’s business model is, but it doesn’t seem to involve having people pay for food and getting it to them.
