Our server and bartender was absolutely great. Attentive, professional, and personable! We ordered the Brussels sprouts, duck breast, steak frites, and scallops: everything was cooked to perfection, the flavors were outstanding, and the cocktails were on point. Love this spot!
We made a reservation for a table and decided to sit at the bar. Lexi took care of us and she was awesome. She made one of her signature manhattans and it's already on my list for our next visit. We also enjoyed our conversation with Lexi who is a genuinely nice person. Our small plate selections were also great. Thanks for the opportunity to share our experience at Level.
Level had a nice diverse selection of food, and very cute atmosphere & vibe. The food came out hot and the drinks were also fantastic as well!
A super fun place for cocktails and dinner. The service was quick and we were seated right away.
Food was great, small plate dining. Drinks were where it was at, everything ordered was great. Service was intentive but not pushy at all and very informed regarding menu.
The positive: We've been customer for years. The serving staff are very friendly and receptive. The heartbreaking: The food quality has gone down hill with changes in the kitchen. Decent concepts, but the execution poor. Some of the dishes were fine and pricing was okay, but the flavor profiles even for their best dishes were unbalanced or lacking any flavor. Examples: -Burger slider: no seasoning, just dry meat, and was eventually pulled from the menu. -Steak: 70% uncuttable solid gristle. It was insulting being served scraps unfit for dogs. They then gave me a beautiful cut... that tasted of unseasoned raw meat--what a waste of meat. -Potato salad that tasted of only potato and jalapeno spiciness (no salt, pepper, garlic, or any other type of seasoning noted) -Ribs: ok, but dry and light on flavor -Scallops: eh. Were better The kicker: Our server and manager were very kind, honest, and offered a free dessert, so we had the bread pudding. It was two small egg custard like squares that were paired with half a brulee-ed banana. Interesting presentation, so I had my hopes up. Well...let's just say that you know a kitchen is in trouble when they can't even identify a sweet banana. It tasted like an unrippened plantain, dry and starchy. The custard-like "Bread Pudding" was the texture of thick egg omelette/custard. You can guess by the course of this narrative what the flavor was like. I didn't bother to complain anymore. I was more sad than mad. It ruined Valentines dinner. I left a good tip (don't be jerks people), but only because the hard working servers don't deserve to suffer for the failures of the kitchen. We got salad on the way home. Unfortunately after getting home and speaking to neighbors and friends, they all reported similar experiences. Until we hear things have changed in the kitchen, I don't think any of us will be going back. The good news: they still have loyalty...thanks only to their stronger front staff.
The food was really bad a and we had multiple items so not isolated to one item being off.
The food is delicious, and the small plates are small, very very small. While we enjoyed the taste of the food and the atmosphere, we left dinner very hungry
Had higher hope and was expecting better from this place...service was fine, kitchen closed at 9pm on a Thursday (seemed a little early) and the food was so-so. Very picey for mediocre food and small portions, don't think I'd be back unless they made significant changes.
I also have a great experience. The food was fantastic. The drinks were so good. Garden breeze is my new favorite drink. It was a fun girls night.

Love all the cool drink offerings. So many great small plate options based on seasonal availability. Fantastic service and it was needed because we arrived later than planned and needed to make our show at Rams Head.
Our second time here. Great dining spot before show at Rams head. Ashley was a great server. I enjoyed the shrimp.small plate and bison burger slider.
Excellent. The food was superior. Everything we ordered was delicious and portions were surprisingly generous. Kara was a very attentive server and had amazing recommendations . The lounge area was very quiet and intimate.
Food was delicious but waited what seemed like forever for our sliders. Were told they'd be right up and then waited another 20 minutes
The owner gave some BS reason as to why our 23.5 year old daughter couldn't drink with both of her parents and siblings. Utterly ridiculous The hostess had an attitude and so did the server.
