Doe not come Sunday during the day. Here are the behaviors by the Sunday crowd we observed: More than one large groups of people being way, way too loud A man with his pants falling off in the back displaying the full back side of his underwear A woman in a crop top, exposing many rolls of fat Men wearing hats indoors (this really upsets the local Navy guys) People at tables constantly pulling out their phones to look at them People at tables talking on their phones People at tables holding their phones up at eye level the entire time they were seated A woman at the bar braying loudly like a donkey every day time her team made a good play We came here on Sunday around 1:30 for lunch. The all-you-can-eat brunch crowd was still seated but we were able to sit in the bar area & ordered off a limited menu. The food was ok but not great & the service was untrained. Food was delivered by being dropped over a divider because apparently server & manager alike preferred to talk & serve over the divider rather than walking around to stand at the table. Soup came without crackers & it was a big production for the waitress to grudgingly find what she called the last pack of crackers in the place. The waitress called me darlin' & I am at least 30 years older than her. She was also local, not from a western state where you might imagine people address each other in that manner, if calling a patron darlin' is respectful in any local. This restaurant used to be good & it is in a beautiful location. I hope management can institute & enforce some behavior & attire guidelines that allow Yellowfin to again be a finer dining venue.
Five of us boated to Yellowfin, sat by a window with a beautiful view and had an unforgettable experience. Do NOT miss the crab cocktail, a not-always-available appetizer that is merely huge chucks of crab meat with a dipping sauce. The combination is delectable.

Our party of five enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant Sunday evening. We were each very pleased with our dishes. The menu was quite extensive and the chef's daily specials were terrific. Call, make reservations, and ask for a window seat, which affords a beautiful water view, including sunset if you there at that time. Server Eric was friendly and helpful and deserves very high marks. This was our first visit to this restaurant; however, I don't think it will be our last.

We met some friends there on Sunday for an early brunch. We were able to get a window seat. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We were not rushed through our meal . The food is pricy but well worth it in quality.

I ordered rockfish $30. it had too many herbs and was overcooked. so, it was dry and bitter. presentation was also lacking. i did not finish my meal. left hungry and had leftovers when i got home. the place was overcrowded and loud. i could not hear my guests. also, server kept bumping into my chair to squeeze between the tables. i would not visit hear again on peak days if at all. there was too much sun beaming through yhe window and they had no type of shades. very distracting.

This was my treat from my wife for my 78th birthday. We were joined by my cousin and three friends. Our service was quite good and very efficient. The food was also very tasty and presented well. We had a really good table overlooking the marina on the South River. NICE!!
