It’s only 1 register for both sides and my glaze for my cinnamon pretzel bites taste so nasty. It smelled just like mop water and had a strange musty taste. My stomach instantly started to hurt so then my pretzel bites got cold. I tried to call the store and no answer whatsoever.

Burnt pretzels, unfriendly workers, dirty. Half of the pretzels were burnt and the store was a mess. Fat filipino guy (as of August 29,2019) has 0 customer service and was very disrespectful. I had an online coupon and tried to use it but he said I couldn't, so the coupon was wasted. He then proceeded to be very rude in his tone and diction. Would fire him immediately.

Love those little pretzel dough wrapped mini hotdogs. The ladies were nice and friendly. The men just seem to be angry, the men don't smile and who does after standing on your feet all day.
