I'm not sure what happened to Chinese food over the years but it used to be so flavorful when I was a child. Now fried rice tastes bland, as well as low mein, maybe it's because people are so afraid of MSG and it's not used anymore. Anyway, I am always pleasantly surprised when I order Chinese and can actually taste the food. Fire Wok has the best lo mein! I don't venture much further into the menu other than beef with broccoli and chicken teriyaki but all...
