A low-key spot hidden away within a small shopping center. There was very little customers which made me hesitate being a first time patron and I'm glad I didn't. The staff patiently waited as I looked over the menu options as I settled on the grilled Spam Musubi and BBQ mix combination tray to go which came with Hawaiian bbq chicken, beef, shortribs, rice, and macaroni salad.
The wait wasn't long about 15 minutes. Which gave me time to absorb the Hawaiian ambiance. Which sadly was none. There was very little if any resemblance of hawaiian culture within the restaurant. No hawaiian music or any music for that matter. Just chairs, tables, and......silence.
The food was good and stayed warm thoughout my traffic battle home. The meat was tender and flavorful with a hint of sweetness to the bbq. The portions were enormous. They're practically giving food away. One tray could easily feed two ppeople. The Spam Musubi was good however not a fan of seaweed.
Overall the food was good and plentiful with a decent price. I would go back again.

First the food is spot on. The ribs and the katsu are fire. It's a little spotty on the quality like sometimes it's tender and juicy other times tough and gummy. The people are nice enough but decor doesn't encourage eat in mostly takeaway.

This place is a hidden gem. Solid food and drive and for the price cannot be beat. Took my team to this place for a quick after happy hour meal and was pleasantly surprised. Not only awesome service and food but fast and delicious too. Many staples of Hawaiian food culture but also local flair. The drinks, appetizers, and mains were so well thought out I felt like I was back there despite being near Baltimore. Check this page out if curious or spurious, either way a fabulous choice you won’t regret.

Terrible service and management. We've heard succh great things about this place and all the reviews are awesome. We were in the area one day and decided to grab lunch. Drove home and one of the meals was over cooked and had hairs in it, called back to ask for a refund and they got nasty asking for us to drive back so they could see the food and we live 40 minutes away then the manager wanted to to drive to us to see the food after we said we're not driving all the way back there, then the manager proceeds to keep calling us nonstop afterwards, then messages us saying he’ll give a refund with copy of the receipt the next day when the bank is open and never did
