I ordered a breakfast sandwich online and requested no cheese in the comments. When I received my sandwich it had cheese so I went back in and asked if they did substitutions. The guy at the front was nice and offered me water and took the wrong order. He gave me the new order with no cheese but it was missing the scrambled eggs. The pancake was good I just wish it had some eggs.

Quiet and small, with a friendly staff thats observant but unobtrusive. It's very handicap accessible despite its small venue. The prices are fair at around $15-20 per person, and the venue itself is very well maintained and clean. In particular it has been a while since I had a fountain soda that tasted that fresh. If I had to find any small nitpick, the garlic parmesan fries were cooked 15-30 seconds too long.

We ate here after the movies on Saturday and were the only customers before closing. The girl who rang us up had some of the best customer service we havr experienced. She was friendly, honest and made us feel so welcomed.
For food, I had the Chicken and waffle and my spouse had the Baltimore Cheesesteak. Both were very good. The braised beef was delicious- I would order that on rice or in a burrito in the future if they offered that. The fried chicken was not your typical greasy, crunchy deep fried chicken, but it was good!
We also got ice cream to go, it was worth the price! Hope the be back - its a cute and quaint place!

This could be such a great little place. We were there on a Sunday for breakfast and there were about three tables occupied. You order at the counter so there is no wait staff. If you forget to order something you have to go back to the counter and order it, don’t forget to pick up your fixings. There were three young ladies behind the counter who didn’t seem too busy as there was a lot chatting and cell phone usage, it seemed like a social club meeting for the staff and in the meantime if a customer needs anything, you need to fend for yourself. Nonetheless, the food was tasty but served lukewarm which is not great; coffee and toast are not part of the breakfast platter so don’t forget to order that separately. It was about $4 for one cup of coffee but you can have unlimited refills. The rye bread was really quite good.
The bathrooms definitely need a good cleaning as floors and walls were dirty! Things do not go unnoticed! We paid about $36 for two. As mentioned before, it could be a great place, but management really needs to review their concept and details. Too much staff for too little service. There’s no way a tip of 20% is warranted!

We love having an option for light fare after the lunch rush! So many cafes where you can just get a good sandwich are closed by 3:00, and sometimes you want a better option than fast food for dinner when you don't have the time to cook. Martha's has a good menu with healthy/vegetarian options, breakfast all day, and tasty food specials. The double smash burger was as promised - smashed and crispy around the edges with cheese and fresh fixin's, tho a little seasoning would put it over the top to perfect. Fries are crispy and hot, salads are green and fresh. Plus fantastic homemade ice cream! The staff are friendly and helpful as well. Looks like a place we'll have to come back to soon.

I had the chicken and waffles. Everything was delicious! The paintings blew me away. I will be back! Hubby had the pancakes and he enjoyed the scrapple. Very nice atmosphere and friendly. If I lived across the street I would be here everyday.

my husband and I went there on May 24th and you had to go to the register and place your own order and pay prior to receiving your food. needless to say we did not leave a tip at that point. we both ordered the cream chipped beef with toast and my husband also ordered the sausage gravy with biscuits. not sure what kind of herbs they put in the cream chip beef but it was not very good at all plus they also added so much pepper it was almost inedible we ate what we could and left promptly afterwards needless to say we will probably not be going back for a while maybe they can get things right but that was the worst breakfast I have had in such a long time and I was very disappointed I almost think that they did it that way because we did not leave a tip.
