The manager and staff go above and beyond to make sure your happy. Ive ordered from here half a dozen times and everytime was good, then they forget a topping on 1 of our pizzas and the manager insisted on sending another. Good food, and Really good customer service.
I love this pizza place food and employees. I moved from arbutus to catonsville and will drive to pizza bolis every time. They make my kids pizza with no sauce and don't burn the cheese but the dough is fully done. Its great, gyros, wings, etc....Mrs. Stacey is also the sweetest lady to take your order. They are all so kind.

A week later my son tried to place an order the person who answered the phone told him they no longer deliver to my address because of the situation I had w/ the driver. My son is a minor and didn't know anything about that situation. This will come back on them. / Today I ordered two pies online, I paid for the cost of the pies, delivery, taxes and $2.00 for card fee. The delivery driver delivered the pies, then ask me for a tip. I explained to him I paid everything online tips are optional no one has to pay it. A delivery driver should not ask the customer for a tip, if the customer wants to give it, the driver wouldn't have to ask. So he ( the delivery driver) argued with me about a tip, what have he done to get a tip? This is a bad habit with some delivery drivers, if the customer wants to give it they will give it, if not maybe they'll give it the next time, like I've done with the other drivers in the past. So this Pizza Boli's has lost a good customer.

It seems like more often lately they get atleast one item wrong. We used to order here frequently but it has been less often as we can't seem to get the correct orders. This used to be one of my favorite places to order though.

I work in a hospital that is about 6 minutes from this place. I called to have a pizza delivered the guy who answered the phone said that they don't deliver to the hospital. I asked why he told me that people don't come outside to get their orders, I said how many times has that happened as to why y'all stopped he said "THE OWNER SAID SO" They need new delivery drivers who's not afraid of their own shadow. Because why is your delivery persons scared to come into a business or get out of the car

This pizza boli's sucks they make excuses for why they no longer deliver to certain addresses that's inside the radius. It's oh people don't come outside so we stopped. Then you ask how long ago with this they say they don't know. Then it's oh they got robbed, when. You hear I'm sorry that's what the owner said. I've been in multiple areas near them ordered on-line over the phone different number different people and it's always something different. I've had friends say the same
I loved the place, especially their chicken platter. I am glad to have found a hidden gem here. Good customer service with good delivery timings too, really commendable.
I ordered 2 times from location today excellent food they know what they doing I have been going to them now for over 5 years my uncle referred me to them best pizza place around good customer iserua was very good with customers couldn't ask for a better place to eat
The food is all right they're very high priced and I don't think their food is worth their price. Go to Three Brothers please they're cheaper and their foods excellent
