Might be the worst one and I love pizza bolis. First off the cook is raw dogging the food. No gloves at all. Not washing hands in between which is a safety risk if someone has an extreme allergy. Secondly, he's cooking in thong sandals which is not only against code it just feels wrong lol. Quality of pizza is not up to par. Took a very long time to prepare and I called ahead. Lastly it is a tragedy that they are ordering lump crab meat in a can and they are freezing it in the can. If you must freeze it put it in a ziploc. Freezing in a can is diabolical and lazy and it diminishes the quality by a lot!

We called to place an order for delivery and the order taker Abdullah was extremely rude on the phone and refused to make the delivery to the proper place claiming there are cops. This incident has happened before when the store owner talked to us, apologized for the misunderstanding and made the delivery to the correct place. I live here and have plenty of doordashers and uber drivers that come into this circle. Upon calling back, he talks to me on the phone with so much hostility and in an intimidating manner. This is unacceptable when a customer is simply trying to get food delivered tot he right place. Arbutus Pizza Bolis does not want to put in a little effort if delivery is not an absolutely straight forward address. And above that, they are okay with verbally abusing customers. This type of behavior has no place in the service industry, if you think you don’t get paid enough to do your job because, then find another job. Uncalled for. I would give a negative rating if I could.

Worst Greek salad ever. 4 slices of cucumber 5 Blk olives huge chunks of tomatoes and red onions With barley any lettuce. The house dressing Not at all! Generic Italian dressing.Not worth your time or money especially in today's economy. Vegetarians beware you will be disappointed.

I ordered on a weekday about 45 minutes before close. The gentleman who took the order was very polite. I received a text confirming my order and it was ready at the estimated time! The food was fresh and everyone in the store was so nice when I arrived! Amazing customer Service ! I’ll be back!

Ordered a cheesesteak and a pie from this Boli’s location for delivery. Pizza was good, cooked well done, the cheesesteak was also good. Boli’s has one of the best toasted rolls for a national chain…mine was way lite on the mayo and cheese for my liking which was disappointing but next time I will just make sure to make a note of adding extra. Overall, in my opinion 6/10 for the pizza and a 7/10 for the cheesesteak which is pretty great for a national chain. One last thought…shred the lettuce and tomatoes with a meat slicer instead of hand cut

The manager and staff go above and beyond to make sure your happy. Ive ordered from here half a dozen times and everytime was good, then they forget a topping on 1 of our pizzas and the manager insisted on sending another. Good food, and Really good customer service.
