I had a very disappointing experience due to the owner’s behavior. Ginny was extremely rude and disrespectful, and it was clear her attention was given only to regulars. This is no way to run an establishment. The food itself was typical bar food and nothing memorable.

Food is good. Owner is nice. My only complaint is we were ignored by staff until- Our waitress came to us. We were sitting next to -behind the- bar entrance. Sat there for about 15 minutes with staff coming & going. We watched the staff huddle on other end of bar just talking. Was about to leave. I was tired from painting all day & starving. When our waitress did come she was friendly.

Our first visit was on a trivia night. We sat at the bar for drinks and food. The staff was a little busy so waiting time to be served was a little longer than should be expected sitting at the bar. We ordered two appetizers the kegtots and onion rings. Both items were delicious and cooked very well. Then for main course we ordered Sam wrap and the French dip, Both meals were decent and portions were great.
We will most likely visit again.

Shuffles is a great spot to grab a cold drink and some good food. The burger and chicken parm are top notch and the specials are always delicious!
I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, especially visitors. There are many other bars in the area that would welcome your business and treat you with the respect you deserve. If you’re looking for a place with good service and an inclusive atmosphere, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Management should seriously address their staff’s customer service training and attitude toward diverse clientele.
