We ordered three drinks at the kiosk and then were told two of them weren't available, including one of the toppings. We got replacement orders but one of them was watery/unsweet and the milk foam wasn't salty or thick so it was pretty disappointing. Overall not really impressed by the flavors or the customer experience.

I got the peach smoothy with the strawberry and lychee pop, my friends got the coffee and mango ones. The peach flavor was insane and very refreshing, and the piping boba was very fun :)

Both drinks came out wrong, and the worker was silent and unwelcoming. He also took a long time to make the drinks, which were wrong anyway.
Ordered a Taro milk tea with regular ice and milk foam. The drink came out without ice and without milk foam.
Our other order was a Wintermelon milk tea without boba. The drink came out with boba.

Not sure what’s going on. Myself and my daughter have gone there at least 5 different times in the 1-2 weeks and each time the drinks were not sweet. We got a lot of ice and the drinks were extremely lighter than the picture- like they’re skimping on flavoring…. Not happy! These drinks are too pricey to not be satisfied! We had a Lychee Blossoming and Strawberry Lemonade with poppings both Large... Appreciate your quick response!
UPDATE: The owner contacted me straight away about the drinks we received. Apologized for service and offered a gift card for the inconvenience. He was super friendly and helpful❣️ And that’s how customer service is done.

Love this place, but every time i go i always do a pickup order through DoorDash. I get a message stating it will be ready within 5 minutes then immediately get a message saying it is ready. But when I get there i usually wind up having to wait 10-15 minutes.

The best bubble tea I ever had, don't forget to add foam for brown sugar milk tea. Will definitely come back with my friends when the semester starts.
