I just stopped in to pick up a breakfast platter.

Literally the best breakfast I've eaten in a long time.

I ordered two cakes from this bakery for my graduation: a small cake and a full-size sheet cake. Despite requesting chocolate with hazelnut, I was given vanilla with hazelnut, WHICH WASN’t WHAT I WANTED. Additionally, I had specified a dark blue graduation cap on the cake, but it ended up being light blue. I also asked for an 8” tall cake, but they didn’t make it that size and gave me a much smaller one instead. I expressed my preferences clearly and even asked the lady named Emely to make sure everything was noted correctly, and she reassured me it would be. Sadly, they failed to meet my expectations and didn’t follow through with my requests. I’m quite disappointed with the experience.

they are very unprofessional when taking order. We ordered for 120 people and told them MANY times that the cake will be chocolate with hazelnut flavor. Also showed them the design. And still they did a vanilla flavor with their own design. VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THEIR SERVICE. the crew do not listen to the customer what they ask for. I wish I could give their crew ZERO star.

I visited this place for breakfast this morning and, unfortunately, it was a mixed experience. I ordered an iced latte, but it didn’t meet my expectations—it just wasn’t great. The iced drink didn’t even really have ice.
On a positive note, the steak and cheese was delicious! However, I did ask for ketchup, and it never arrived. The staff at the register seemed a bit bothered, which didn’t make for a welcoming atmosphere. Given this experience, I don’t think I’ll be going back for breakfast there.

The make lovely cakes here. The attitudes of the staff needs improvement. I order a lot of my cakes here throughout the year and it is always the same tired attitude. They always seem bothered to help you. They are not patient at all.
I love how they make cakes, but the service is making me feel turned off from the place.

We stopped by for croissants and a fruit tart recently and were very pleased with what we got. The croissants had a great texture and the fruit tart was outstanding.

We placed a fairly large order ( $130 ) a couple days ago with a birthday cake, cookies, sandwiches. We came home and opened the sandwich boxes - croissant with chicken salad and the chicken salad was literally less than a table spoon on the entire croissant. I took the time to call and spoke to Martha. She gave me the number for Jamie - a manager to text a pic - Martha assured I would hear back by the end of the day. I thought we would do the right thing and let them know and give a chance to fix it. I guess they are not interested in fixing it. Kool we just won’t do patronize any longer.

This place is delicious! The pastries are well done and not too expensive, definitely a must try if near the area
