Palmisano's is one of my neighborhood favorites! My husband and I relied on their staff and kitchen a lot when we first moved and that really helped the transition from City life to the County. Their food is amazing and they have just what you are looking for at all times. 10000/10

Been driving past this place for at least 20 years. Today I decided to stop in and check-it-out. Ordered the Italian cold cut; (half-size). The sandwich was a bit small for the price but loaded with deli meats. And it tasted great. As a Baltimorean I'd rate is among the top three in the area for taste. Won't name the competition but Palmisano's is among them. Plus, they've been around for almost half a century. (Must be doing SOMETHING right! Know what I mean?) It was a nice autumn day so I decided to eat the sub outside in the small covered seating area. Leaves were changing color, sun was shining, great open views, along with a slight breeze. Couldn't ask for more. As bees were mentioned in another post, you'd think this time of year it would be a 'Wild Kingdom'! No problems for me. Only recommendation I'd have for Palmisano's might be to procure slightly larger rolls. Too much meat. Plus, a larger roll might compensate for the impression of a smaller sandwich. But my measure of a fantastic Italian cold cut is the 'Italian Store' down in DC/Arlington. There, half the interior roll bread is removed and filled with the deli meat. Makes it easier to eat (and the sub is fat and happy). Regardless, I never write reviews but chances are I'll be back to Palmisano's in the very near future. I've already raved about them to several in the past 12 hours. If you want a cheaper version of a cold cut: go to Subway. ;-)

Nice to have a mom and pop shop still in the area. A little pricey but I prefer supporting a family, local run operation rather than somewhere else. Tasty chicken salad that is made fresh.

Take your whip or your Sled and cruise on through the country roads and down LG Pike to a little hidden gem in Baldwin, Md called Palmisano's.
Plenty of parking. An outdoor cabana with tables.
Food: Breakfast samitches are delicious. Super Italian Cold Cut sub is the bomb. Cheesesteaks fantastic. The frozen pizza pies are as close as I have found to the good old bowling alley pizza pies of yesteryear.
Delicious.
Oh, and did I mention ICE CREAM for desert?
Now, who doesn't love a scoop or 2 on a cone?
Afterward plot a course for a cruise through some beautiful countryside.
You can thank Leo later.

Sandwich was sad. Absolutely way over priced for what you get. No love at all

Overpriced Stopped by for a cheeseburger and bottle of water. Very small burger was $8. They wanted $3.75 for a small bottle of water with their open label on it. Told them to keep the water. Got a better bigger bottle of water next door at Highs for $1.75

I used to come here all the time with my parents growing up as a girl. I hadn’t been back to Maryland in almost 13 years, but when I finally made it back, Palmisano’s Baldwin was at the top of my list. Can’t beat a scrapple egg and cheese on white toast with a black bottom. So good! And very friendly nice people. Thank you!

I don't know if this is the same owner or not but if it is I can't wait to try. I used to go when it was in parkville, was so sorry when they closed, so was very excited to hear about this place (was told from a friend that it's the same owner) would you have almost an hour to get here mine and my fiance subs with both totally wrong when we got all the way home it is definitely not worth the drive and then I found out that they're only open Monday through Friday from I think it's 8:00 in the morning until 2:00 p.m. and they're closed on the weekends they're very expensive a wholesale 12 in is over $20 a 6-in job is over 10 if you get a chicken salad stop running at that it's up to $28

What a joke. Got half a chicken salad sub. At $12.00, that should a decent serving. There wasn't a 1/4 inch of chicken salad on the sub. What a rip off. Stay away.
