We ordered a shiva platter on Sunday for delivery on Wednesday at 11am. We used this place before 8 months ago also with a Wednesday delivery.
Around 11:30 we started getting anxious about the food arriving. Seeing as the food was coming to Harrisburg from Baltimore I waited until 11:50 to call. The person on the phone said one delivery time they had was 10:30, then another said it was a 2 pm delivery time. We finally got to speak to someone higher up. I was there last week, it's a great place. I would go again. The price was ok, the service was pretty good and the food was nicely displayed.
