Great Arbys experience. I haven't had arbys in a while but had an old gift card. Food is reasonably priced. My wife ordered two sliders and a wrap and they were around 10 dollars and so was my meal. I had a Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich and it was so fresh and hot, cheese was melted and pulled. Healthy amount of ham on top. Fries were crispy. My experience might of been different if they didn't just open an hour before, but the fry oil did taste a little used or old. The service was quick, I was the only one in there at the time and the cashier was kind.

They do have the meat!!
This place is ALWAYS understaffed, but the food is still quick and RIGHT! Plus, I actually went into the restaurant today and was just amazed at how clean EVERY INCH of this place looks! I mean, I've eaten there for years and never really paid attention. Anyway, Mon & Tues lunch specials ROCK! Double roast beef classic meal (the drink and fries are sm) OR a dbl rb w/ cheese meal for $7.00!!! And lastly, if you go please give the team a bell ring for making it happen!

Went through the drive through to get food for myself and my coworker. Ordered 1 roast beef sandwich and 1 beef and cheddar, both with fries and a large coke. Received 1 pastrami sandwich with a fry. Didn’t even get our order much less food for us both. And the attendant at the window was very rude. Not coming back, very disappointed

I must say I am really disappointed with this Arby's. If I could rate it a zero I would. I ordered the 3 course deal. The gentleman taking the order was either clueless or on his first day of work. I had to go to the window and review the order. I ordered the regular roast beef and crinkle cut fries. They had to remove the curly fries from the bag. After giving me the food I then had to tell him the drinks. Upon returning home to my surprise we had beef sandwiches smothered in cheddar cheese. This might be okay except wrong order and allergies to cheese and dairy products. I attempted to call and speak to the manager. However the phone rings about 10 times and disconnects. I called multiple times. I did reach the new Arby's by the mall. The gentleman picked up on the third ring. He informed me that the other Arby's is owned by someone else. Anyway you should hire this guy and maybe personnel that care about service. I probably would have not given such a low review if someone picked up the phone. I did not want to waste another hour of my time driving there and back home.

Do not eat here! I’m telling you the food was horrible. The food was cold and disgusting. No flavor at all. The French fries was not fresh, cold and hard. The lemonade was disgusting too. The burger and beef cheddar sandwich taste and looked like a 5 year old made it. The guy at the window was nice and that’s about it. I’m trying to save you all from this nasty ass food. If I could give this place a zero I would! I could write a book about everything that was wrong with my meal. If there’s a way I could get my money back please contact me! I will be calling corporate Tommorrow!

I want to say This Arby's is nice George who waited on us was very attentive and helpful went out of his way to serve us. Only thing that's confusing is some Arby's offer first responders and senior discounts this only offered senior drink discount. We went to another Arby's yesterday in Riverside MD and they gave us a $2. Discount on our meal. Otherwise George was pleasant and helpful

I have been Arby's customer on and off since 1966 back when you used to have "real roast beef" and not the pressed cooked beef you have now, but that is not my complaint. My complaint is how you are changing and fully embracing every way you can to reduce expenses and give the customer less and charging more.
Specifically as an example is your "French dip" not only has it gotten smaller and smaller but you have eliminated the cardboard container and reduced the size and amount of the au jus. Take a look at the container for the au jus on your graphic for the french dip and tell me how you can dip your sandwich in it, It's called a "french dip" for a reason. Don't get me started on your employees, its hit and miss and 99% miss. Perhaps you need to employee and pay people so they will stay. Your turnover must be horrendous and expensive in the long run and your number one qualification should be if they basically like people. Also charging for sauces is laughable, I saw a comment from the manager that people were taking too many sauces. Really, from the drive through, I didn't know I could reach into the restaurant
drive through window and take sauces? You must really have such a small profit margin that you need to charge for them. Maybe you can add napkins also for an extra charge that maybe you should invest in something else. Anyway I done with Arby's
