Thank you for helping me get a birthday cake for my granddaughter. You all are the best! May the New Yesr bring you peace and prosperity.
This place is utterly disgusting with how they treat people. Get there 5min before closing and i sat in drive thru for a bit after no respinse from speaker i park and go to walk in. They locked the doors and i asked if i could just get 2 black coffees hot, cold didnt matter which. The one guy just used his hands to close them together indicating closed. Okay cool no problem kind of ignorant but whatever. Get back into my car closer to papa John's and a lady pulls up and I tell her they are closed we just missed them. She goes to door anyway and holds up her cup indicating she just wants a refill of coffee no cream or sugar at first they said closed but then they tell her to walk over to drive thru window and they give her coffee. I am a white guy, who they refused to help before closing and this lady shows up as I was about to pull off and she gets helped and coffee. This place has became extremely prejudice and this is not the first time I have felt and seen them act like this but will be the last due to the disgusting culture of prejudice & racism at this location.
Very good
The staff at this particular Dunkin/Baskin Robbins are excellent.
I walked in not even greeted just staring at me like is their first time seeing a black person. I’m not even joking for 3 sundaes more then 15 mins, like I understand your prioritize the drive thru before anything else but like come on I was here first. If you want ice cream go get it from the store. Then a guy comes walking out the back with no clothing that indicates he worked their and stared me down

Tonight I saw one of your employees shouting at a customer. Does anyone there speak English properly?

Stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes only for the employees to stare at me, not say anything and completely ignore me while they talk amongst themselves. All the while the manager was too busy talking up a bunch of teenage girls the entire time I was waiting. Only time they decided to acknowledge me was when I started to walk out. Never coming back.

When I had an issue with my online order, the manager personally called me and patiently and kindly worked out a solution that would work for us. Thank you, Poonam!
(The building is currently under renovation, so I wasn’t able to accurately rate the atmosphere)

They scooped the ice cream without any gloves and I saw his hand sticky with ice cream?

A Match Made in Ice Cream Heaven!Rating: ★★★★★Review:Baskin Robbins has outdone themselves with their latest ice cream creation—a French Cruller inside a waffle cone, topped with cookie dough ice cream. Not one to leave reviews, but after my experience with a group of friends I have to say... This place is pretty bad as far as BR goes, on top of the language barrier, it's almost as if the staff don't even care about giving horrible service because they know the location is really good (near suburbs). Honestly, it's one thing to not even give customer service, and it's another to scoop ice cream without gloves and give a singular, sorry, pathetic banana for a sundae... Given the other one star reviews, I think this team is here to stay and cut corners for the foreseeable future. Do NOT go here!
Cheap on the toppings and portions. Someone that speaks English would also be nice. No longer worth what they are charging
Old franchise owner no enthusiasm and stale personality
I really like BR and my dad used to run one. This one is a little light on the servings compared to others I have visited recently in western Maryland. With that said, the ice cream is always tasty.
