Our oven broke the week before Thanksgiving and we decided to try the Bob Evans Premium Farmhouse Feast since we couldn't cook our own turkey. We had the order delivered through a third party service and when it arrived, we were missing about $50.00 worth of extra side packages. I called Bob Evans at 6:00 pm on the night before Thanksgiving to see what could be done about it. A store associate put the manager, Aaron on the phone. He was so kind, understanding, and professional. He immediately took our address and DROVE OUR MISSING ITEMS TO US himself that night without hesitation. I don't think anyone could ask for better customer service than that. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal and we were all pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was. I never would have considered ordering Thanksgiving dinner from a restaurant if we hadn't lost our oven, but everything was so good, and it created so much extra time to enjoy our family instead of cooking all day, we're already planning to order the same from Bob Evans next year. I sincerely hope this review persuades others to patronize this particular Bob Evans. Any manager who still provides that kind of customer service and quality food deserves the business.

Today i visited this restaurant for thankgiving. The store was very busy as expected. Assistant manager Taliah was very welcoming and treated us like family. She checked in on my family and I from start to finish. Best experience i’ve ever had here. Seems like they are under new management and new staffing. I will definitely be returning.

Catering experience My church was having a rather large function and we wanted to offer a harvest meal to our participants. I worked with Taliah at the Bel Air Bob Evan’s. She went above and beyond to meet the needs of my group. Taliah and her manager Aaron provided a spectacular feast for 130 people and the group loved it. I am convinced Taliah with her sweet personality was instrumental in making this all work out. She even came in on her day off to be sure all went well. Toward the afternoon my phone rang and it was Taliah asking if everything turned out as expected. She is the BEST.

Taliah helped us with a very large catering order (110 ppl). She went above and beyond to help us have all that we needed! She even called us (on her day off) to check in to see how the meal went. It can be stressful executing a meal with over 100 people, but Taliah was a rock star and made our experience great. The food was delicious. Patty G
