Just spent $50 on dinner for my family as we have been out running all day. Wow , I don't remember Boston Market being like this. Worst fast food meal I've had in years, maybe ever. I tossed it all in the trash. Clearly all over cooked or in steam table way way too long. Hope we don't fall ill from what we did eat. So disappointed.

Just left here and was a bit disappointed. The staff wasn't very friendly and kept leaving behind the counter to hang out by the tables. They seemed more interested than socializing with each other than doing their jobs. Not one of the tables were cleaned, there were still crumbs, and something sticky on them. The food was fine.

THE END OF A ONCE GREAT CHICKEN PLACETwo thirds of the menu choices are gone, literally, blank spaces where there used to be menu items. Manager is pushy and the place looks depressing as all employees look overwhelmed and depressed.ChoseWhole chicken family meal with 3 sides...⭐ The chicken was literally half the size of what BM used to give for the price. Still juicy but not exactly flavorful.⭐ Creamed spinach, corn, broccoli, mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, macaroni and cheese, and bread stuffing ALL looked discusting. Ended up getting mashed x 2 and a side Ceasar salad (no salad dressing provided)⭐⭐⭐ Corn bread was the only thing worth eating but not good enough to raise the overall rating of the restaurant.

The Service is bad , we got a coupon in the mail for $3.60 for the 36th birthday of boston market for the chicken , we arrive in the store around 11:16am & they open at 11 am . The guy ( with indian accent) said he refused to take any coupon right now due to no employee helping him . Eventhough the coupon is not expired... He said "I don't take any coupon right now". He is extremely rude & not a people person ... Very Poor service... Will not order or eat in this Boston Market ever again ... This Bel Air location is going down the hill ... i'm so sad about it because it used to be a nice & friendly place. Whoever is the new management handling this place is not doing a good job .

People who work here don't know what they're doing. Called the older woman in front of us "handicapped" and told her she should have stayed in her car, ignored everyone in line, food looked like it had been sitting there for hours, and the floor was sticky! Absolutely disgusting!

Dirty dining room. The manager didn't wash his hands, after returning from smoking in his car. We ordered $135 worth of food for Christmas Eve, and we were given a lot of unnecessary hassle by the same manager. In short, he wanted to rush us into purchasing catering items that we didn't want or need.Notwithstanding, they're the only Boston Market in town, so we'll probably/reluctantly visit them again (if people in our party insist on having Boston Market).

I'm the girls basketball Assistant coach at MORGAN STATE University. I placed a very large order for the team for Thanksgiving: no order was delivered, I called several times inquiring about the order; when I did speak with someone; it was they could not locate the driver or no one answered the phone. I need answers, I need the entire $495.00 refund. the team had to go eat inside the college on this day away from family. Thanks BOSTON MARKET for letting down MORGAN STATE GIRLS BASKETBALL TEAM .

The Thanksgiving service here is a complete wreck. Nobody knows what they're doing. I'm literally sitting here waiting on my food (so far I've waited 25 minutes and still waiting). Did you hire everyone yesterday? Everyone at this store location has been waiting for a a long time, not one dinner has been served. People are angry. This is embarrassing

Ordered online, got there, waited in drive thru for 15 minutes, when it's my turn cashier literally threw the bag to me, I asked him for my drinks, he said I didn't order any, but I had. He asks for the bag back, walks away, returns and tells me, they are sold out of both items that I ordered, do I want something else, I said, no, just refund my money, 30 minutes wasted and didn't get any food, hope the refund comes through though

Ordered online but when I got there, they told me they didn’t have ribs and asked me wanted to change to meatloaf and I said ok. However, there is a price difference between the order. The staff couldn’t give me a partial refund using the POS system and he gave me an email to contact. Two days already they still didn’t get back to me. First time ordered, very disappointed!!

Ordered food online and drove 15 mins only to be told they were closed because the openers didn’t show up for work. This place just needs to be closed the workers obviously don’t care to be there.

the worst ever. ordered 2 meals and got 2 completely different meals. call the store talked the the manager Shy and she td me to deal with the delivery person. I said the food came from your store. I asked for her name she told me Shy. I asked for her last name and she td me too much information and hung up. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Update on 8/17/21 lobby still closed. Drive thru only. Lost more business.This used to be a good place to dine. They opened up dine in and then closed it again. Everyday for at least a month now. Drive thru only. And this was before Covid kicked back up. Sad because I’m sure a good bit of customers are lost. My family has not eaten there since lobby has been closed.

Drove up to the drive thru last evening, there were 2 cars in front of me, so I thought I wouldn't have to wait long. Well, I was so wrong. The car in front of me waited at the speaker for over a half hour. They gave up and so did I. Not a good way to run a business ??
