Absolutely horrible all around!! Placed an order for a 6:30 pick up! Get there a little early and the girl says they’ll start making it give them 6:30/6:45 for pick up
6:45 comes and goes with no one in sight to help myself or others at this point. 7:05 I start walking around the restaurant to which one server pointed me to the pick up area where I just came from! Flag down someone else to have someone meet me over there! Finally 7:15 I received my food 45 minutes late!!!’ Food wasn’t great! One of my boneless wings was an incorrect flavor and the fried pickles were not cooked properly! Absolutely horrible service and food!

Idk what the problem here is but its the 2nd time Ive been here service is slow. 30 mins for an appetizer is insane. Then when my server decides to show up she says the kitchens backed up BS. It doesnt take but 10 mins to fry pickles and 2 to make a Ceasar salad. And when I do get my pickles its like a half portion( see photo) Anothet 60 mins to get my salad wings. Salad was dead from sitting and wings were cold. Not room temp but still partially frozen All this after the table behind us came in 10 mins after us and ordered just apps after we ordered our whole meal. No manager visits no apologies no comps. Doubt Ill ever come back here.

The food was fair burger was ok fries were cold. Waitress sucked took are order 45 minutes later brought the food and cold. They were not very busy Manager had to bring ketchup. Then another 40 minutes for check. Just thought it was terrible there today I don't know if they were short handed. But was not a good dining experience today.

Had a few hours to break from work and wanted something a little different. Walked right in and was self seating so quickly found a table. Food came out in under 10 minutes and was very fresh & hot. Servers and other staff seemed very friendly and overall establishment was clean.

I wish I took some pictures to post, but seriously amazing staff and customer service that went above and beyond while we traveled through the area. We sat in the bar and our server was attentive and make great recommendations. Manager was ridiculously nice as well when we realized we left an important item at our table and needed to arrange to get it back to us. Thankful for kind individuals that went above and beyond their job description to make sure we had a please experience.

Hadn’t been here in a couple years but had good experiences before. Walked in, tables were dirty and piled high, no one greeted us and the busser yelled for us to seat ourselves. Took 10 minutes to get a menu, another 10 to get to order food, and then 20 to get said food. Both orders were wrong and took a while to be fixed. The place was sparse so I’m not sure what the hold up was. Food was inedible at best. My wings were watery and cold on the edges, while the chicken in the wrap was rock hard and unchewable. Immediately asked for the check and we were charged for our incorrect orders as well. This is not the same place I grew up coming to and I will not be returning.

I never usually come to BWW but I was in the area & decided to grab some wings, I was pleasantly greeted by a gentleman named Jon. He was so sweet & his energy that he gives off is something hard to find nowadays. All we need in today’s world is a little bit of kindness. You never know what someone is going through. I will be back just for Jon In carryout!!!! He rocks!

Door Dashed. BWW forgot my orange dipping sauce for tenders, and my diet Pepsi. And Buffalo Wings were supposed to be mild but are so spicy it is burning my mouth and lips. I think they must be the Atomic ones.
