I love going up Buontempos. You just feel like you took a trip back in time in all the best ways. The food is so good and it's quick and it's priced right. The attention to service is spot on no matter what time of day or how busy or slow they are.Kid-friendliness: Great kids portions

Ordered a cheesesteak, old bay wings, and pizza. Pizza was delicious and one of the best pizzas I’d had in awhile, crust was crunchy. Cheesesteak and wings in the other hand were horrible and left alot to be desired. Cheesesteak was soggy with not a lot of flavor. Wings were soggy as well with not alot of old bay. Also ordered two extra sauces which cost extra which they did not but in the bag. Would possibly return for pizza but am in no rush to come back. Plenty of other local places to try. Not the service I’d expect for the cost of the food.

Went today for the first time with my boys. We just moved to MD and we missed our old pizza place back home. We tried a couple others and the pizza didn't come close. We live 5 minutes away and decided to give it a try. Me and all 3 of my boys LOVED the pizza here!! Great service too. The guy gathering the dishes was really kind and helpful, as was those taking the orders. We will be happy to come again soon!

CHEESESTEAK WAS SOGGY and had what I REALLY hope wasn't some sort of BANDAGE when I bit into it and chewed on it for a few seconds before realizing it was a FOREIGN OBJECT. Anyone could have easily choked. I have allergic reactions to certain wheat bread (probably something to do with wheat germ or whatever) and things of that nature and the pizza triggered that for me as well...? I eat pizza all the time and usually don't get allergic. Probably cross contamination for all I know. Pizza was cold and chewy anyway and crust was pale. Probably not cooked all the way. Eat elsewhere.

This was my first time eating here and it was a great experience. My family of 6 was celebrating a birthday and we wanted somewhere nice but fast. The service was great, super fast and efficient. The food was excellent! It was my sisters birthday and she ordered a seafood pasta that took a little longer to make since it was made right then, she had to wait a little longer (but still very good timing) the owner came out when it was served and brought free cannolis and apologized for the wait. I will certainly be going back. Thanks for a great night!

I had a slice of pizza. You order at the counter and seat yourself. The meat lovers pizza was tasty but I like more sauce. There was a young guy who kept taking dirty dishes which was nice. The paint on the walls was peeling so it appeared that the place could use a little upkeep but I would still come
Excellent food. Large portions of homemade pasta and tasty sauces. Very good and less expensive than many other Italian restaurants in the area. Highly recommend!

Absolutely dookie dog water customer service... I've experienced bad customer service before but wow... It's so bad I'd put it up there with Buffalo Wild Wings it was so bad.... Walked in not greeted once by an associate, while at least 12 other people stood unorganized all over the "order here" area making me have no idea who was in line. Stood past it near pick up area for about 20 minutes hoping one of the associates would do their job asking people if they had been helped or needed anything... Nah man then after 20 minutes one asked me if I needed help. Told the man yes I'd like to put in an order. Says ok I'll be back with you. Gone another 10 minutes. Meanwhile plenty of other people have come and gone. Was even told by a customer "you have to be aggressive to order"... Couldn't even tell you how the food was because apparently people don't exist to make orders unless you call over the phone.... So couldn't even get food... I just walked out after 30 minutes of waiting.. I'd rather spend money on businesses who actually acknowledge their customers when face to face..

My favorite pizza place since I was a kid growing up in Harford County, and now I share it with my family. Thanks for always being a fantastic place to eat and have a wonderful experience.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free options on the menu are pretty good! Give them a shot!Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly. The staff is always kind and compassionate, attentive and helpful. Our family always has a good experience.
Went here for my gfs brothers funeral lunch and was very upset with the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from a young kid working there with long dark hair. Her family rented the top portion of the restaurant. My girlfriend lost her brother who passed tragically at only 37. While she was in line to buy a soda downstairs she over heard this employee jokingly laughing to a customer about how there’s some funeral party up stairs he said while laughing to the customer apparently she felt she deserved to sit somewhere that others have rented and paid for. absolutely heartless and disgusting behavior to do in front of her on the hardest day of her life. To that “employee” put yourself in someones shoes and think about it, Learn some respect and act professionally in a work environment. He should have said sorry that area is rented. Simple. I understand this is one employee but your employees represent you and your business.
