This stores night shift crew deserves SPECIAL RECOGNITION for their consistency and product quality. I order from here wayyyy more than I should and have NEVER had an issue with what I ordered, or being out, or messily prepared, or missing. They always have shakes and ice cream late at night, and are always open! As an autistic person consistency is key for me and I look forward to being delivered the same quality any time I need it!

Burger King is not king anymore. I bought a large order of fries but and instead got a depressing handful like they were rationing potatoes during a famine. I used to love BK and went there exclusively. But they’ve dethroned themselves by cutting corners so hard that McDonald’s and Chick-fil-A don’t even have to compete anymore.

Can’t say I had the food here because I didn’t I am writing this review on behalf of an employee that got fired from here because of the Gm Austin that this employee got into a little disagreement with the employee had to go to the doctors and he saw the Gm outside of work and the Gm was very disrespectful to this employee and yelling texting him while they weren’t on the clock so when the employee went to work the Gm Austin told him that he was fired because of what the employee said to the Gm when neither the Gm or the employee were at work or around where they were working at the employee told me that they do a lot of disrespectful things to their employees and treat them really bad his girlfriend works there and the Gm and the other managers there treat her bad and they make the employees feel uncomfortable they are always firing people for no reason or people are quitting and what this Gm Austin did to this employee wasn’t right or fair and what they are doing to this employee girlfriend is very mean and disrespectful the employee got fired because of a disagreement between him and the Gm when they weren’t even at work and no one said anything to the Gm Austin about the way he treated this employee or how Austin treats the other employees so from what I am hearing no I wouldn’t want to go to this place knowing this is how the managers and stuff treat their staff and the way they make people feel which isn’t right an employee lost his job because he had a doctors appointment and because a Gm was acting outside of the work place if they are going to fire the employee for the disagreement then they need to fire the Gm Austin for the way he acted and not just let things go there are three sides to every story and they took the gms side when they should have looked at everything not a place I wouldn’t eat at or work at

This store will not give you sauce with your fries, they will attempt to charge you for it. I could understand if I was asking for extra but they won't give any whatsoever. I normally visit the baltimore location 4100 Pulaski Hwy, Baltimore, MD 21224. That location always provides sauce for the fries no questions asked. This inconsistency is unacceptable and I have to assume it's because this locations owner is cheap, burger king corporate needs to set a standard across these franchises, I should recieve the same level of service regardless of location.
