I wouldn't give this no stars honestly!!! THIS REVIEW IS SPECIFICALLY FOR NIGHT SHIFT. I NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE DAYSHIFT CREW HOWEVER TONIGHT WAS TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! FIRST LETS START OFF HOW THEY HAD ME IN DRIVE THRU FOR 10 MINUTES! TOLD ME " I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU" AND NEVER CAME BACK TO CHECK ON ME. SO I GO INSIDE WHICH WAS WORSE. THE "COOKERS" ARE LAUGHING AND CUSSING VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY WHEN PEOPLE ARE WAITING TO BE SERVED! THAN I PROCEED TO ORDER MY FOOD. MY WHOPPER MEAT WAS PINK ( DISGUSTING) THEY COOK ANOTHER ONE FOR ME BY THIS TIME I AM REGRETTING EVEN COMING HERE OR GIVING THEM MY MONEY. FRIES WERE NOT HOT! SERVICE - TRASH. My son worked there, he’s 17 and on the spectrum. The managers made fun of him to his face and laughed at him. A manager told him to sweep the parking lot and when he went to do it the manager asked if he had a coat but he didn’t have one that day and he told the manager it was fine, he would be ok and the manager challenged him and asked is he thought my son was a tough guy. He was routinely mocked by another manager to other employees. They are adults making fun of children. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN WORK AT BURGER KING.

The girl that was making our sandwiches was very unprofessional. One Saturday the 23 at like 10. Right in front of us said we pissed her off because we got 6 sandwiches. Sorry I have kids. Sorry u had to do it job. On another note. She also was wearing gloves but was touching so much other stuff then our food. So bad will never go there again. I seriously can not believe people these days.

Had to order 3 times. While I'm waiting for my food, the 4 people who ordered after I did, were served and had left the store while I'm standing with my receipt in my hand. I raised my voice to complain and got my order. I went out to the truck to separate my order, and realized that I had gotten a 4pc cheesy tot instead of the 8pc that I ordered. I had just gotten off, after a 10 hour day. I was a little upset.

I was standing in line waiting to place my order there was a lady being waited on by the cashier once i stepped up to the register I was totally ignored no one said anything I guess this is normal now if you’re busy I understand but don’t blatantly ignore me great job Burger

The bathroom is dirty . Every day I go there and the bath room never clean up. It smile like some thing died inside . do not go this Burger king bathroom. It maybe causes for your sicknesses. The county should know this .

This is more of a compliment for the Manager on duty at around 11am on Tuesday August 6, 2024. I was dining inside with my daughter and I couldn’t help but notice how he was speaking to the crew members. He spoke to them like they were human beings and not beneath him as they were in a lower role. He definitely deserves recognition and he is an asset to the team at this location. I even said to my daughter that he was a great manager. Keep up the great work and i know that location will thrive with your leadership.
Always fast and amazingly accurate orders. Standard BK food but fast and friendly service that get the order right, I think every time I have driven through.
Always a solid burger! Watch out for the corner of the building.
