We purchased the subs from the Capriottis in Belair , MD. My wife decided to give your sandwich shop a try the other night. I got to tell you that I was very disappointed with the cheesesteak. We got a large plain cheesesteak. It looked like it was served on a French baguette. It was so thin that I could wrap my hand around it. I opened it up and there is no way I can justify paying $21 and change for the amount of meat in this sub. The meat should be doubled the amount that was on the roll. And this was the thinnest sub roll I have ever seen that a cheesesteak was supposed to be on. I wish you all the luck in the future. But for us, we can get a much bigger and better cheesesteak in Harford county. And for less money. As of right now... I do not recommend Capriottis. Thank you

Subs were good, but it was $6 for a cup of chicken noodle soup and this was all I got. Would definitely appreciate a full cup of soup in the future for the money spent.

We always get the BBQ chicken cheesesteak. I also recommend the Italian sausage.

Good food/service/atmosphere choice for the neighborhood. For those w/ T-Mobile dining rewards or Capriotti loyalty card, acceptable value for the money. Medium sub was two meals worth

Have always been a fan and wanted to try this location as it is new and closer to home. $12 for a small hoagie that was mostly all bread and no meat or coleslaw. It was like just having a bread roll for lunch. I feel like my sandwich was probably made poorly because I didn’t tip when I went in ordered and paid. The guy who took my order made my sandwich. Location is not the greatest. Place was empty when I visited and seemed pretty clean. Employee wasn’t rude but wasn’t overly friendly either. Doubt I will eat here in future.

Ordered here from DoorDash for the first time and I got a cheesesteak meal and the sub was absolutely delicious and so were the fries. Even though the meals were a bit pricey, the food was worth the $20.

Went in at 7:20pm, two girls sitting at a table, the rest of the tables were occupied by chairs, that were turned over( on top of the tables), as if they were closed.

No greeting
The one young lady got up, and stood behind the register and waited for us to order or say something…
We ordered, two med subs and 3 cookies today was $38.00, we added a med fountain soda, new charge was $41.00.

Never again

Very dissappointed. I ordered a cup of tuna salad, approximately the amount on the smallest sub and a bag of chips. I was charges $21. I had to challenge the cost, the chips were $5 and they wanted to charge $16 for the scopp and 1/2 of tuna. I was able to convince them to equivilate the tuna to what is serviced on the sub that costs $7.99. I was told prices had gone up due to the increase of the miniumum wage and that others were complaining as well. Bye Bye Capriotti's.

I ordered a half sub and fries for uber delivery. The half sub was very small bit the cheesesteak was good . I was a bit disappointed in the "steak fries" as they were very thin and dry. While I didn't dislike my meal, I would not likely get food here again.

Unfortunately a one and done for me. Ordered a 10” Italian and a 20oz soda $20 on the nose. Not bad costing for quality - however-
Rolls - basic store bought nothing special no chew no real taste.
Meat - taste like pre-packaged grocery store meat (def not quality here) I had one bite that I so wore the meat actually tastes a touch sour.
Couldn’t really taste the oil and vinegar.
The ratio of LT vs meat and cheese was not good. Too little meat and cheese for a bunch of lettuce which took approx 70% of the volume of the contents. Even with less lettuce there just is an inadequate amount of meat and cheese and being that it’s lower quality it just doesn’t make the cut for me personally.
Cashier young lady was nice and had a smile. The sandwich preparer was just heads down and solemn. No complaints on staff at all
There are much better places close by to choose from.
On to the next….
