We stopped into CAVA in Bel Air for the first time and were immediately greeted at the door with a warm welcome. The manager, Alec, went above and beyond to walk us through the menu, explain the different options, and make sure we had exactly what we wanted. You could tell he genuinely cared about our experience, which made a great first impression. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Between the excellent service and the quality of the meal, we’ll definitely be back!

This place is disappointing. Tried it for a second time yesterday to give them another chance, and it still sucked. Food portioning was terrible for the price and did not taste fresh. Much better healthier options in Belair than this place.

Customer service from this one particular male attendant. Rude, moving too fast and not understanding what you are asking for. That brother needs customer service training. I thought nothing of it at first until i mentioned it to my wife and she knew exactly who I was talking about and had similar reservations concerning his customer service. Overall good food but might go to a different location

Food is tasty and healthy but the portions are kind of small. The piece of pita bread I got was not fit for wartime rationing. And I don’t know why it’s served in a scratchy cardboard bowl with a compostable fork, the texture of which is consistent with a fine grit sandpaper
