Had my granddaughters with me was on my way to pick up my son at the dealership. He asked me to stop and get drinks. The lady at the counter was very awesome and patient with my four year-old granddaughter and the drinks were fantastic. I recommend everyone.

I’ve attempted to order them from DoorDash 3 times in the two months, admittedly each time being within 20-30 mins of their cut off time (not CLOSING time, just the DoorDash order cut off time) because that’s when I’m just getting home. Each time they cancelled my order not even 2 minutes later. So glad a new bubble tea place is available on DoorDash so I don’t have to bother with Chatime anymore. If you’re not going to accept orders that are “close” to your cut off time then change your cut off time.

5 stars for quality of drinks 1-2 stars for my last 2 bad experiences. Last night, 2 hours before closing I went in and the floor was freshly mopped, no signs, the door to the back/ingredients/register area was open. I’d placed an order online and there was no one at the front. After a few minutes of waiting and not noticing me standing there, she comes up and I tell her I’ve placed an order online, she sees the stickers and starts working on the order. She had been moving the cleaning supplies, didn’t wash her hands, fingers inside cup and she handled them all and then scooped the ice in. I won’t be coming back. I’d taken a year long break from here after the last time: the girls had a baby on the counter, playing with it and grabbing its feet while they were making my order. Cleanliness doesn’t appear to be commonplace and I prefer people not handling feet or cleaning supplies and mops not making my drinks if they aren’t washing their hands first.

I was sad that for 3 years I didn’t know that steamed buns and sticky rice was 10 min from my house… Plus there’s only one little sheet of paper advertising them. They deserve more attention

The Boba at Chatime, Bel Air is always delicious! When me and my family go, we always end up getting two drinks per person. They have the best drinks here for any occasion! Would highly recommend for everybody!

For starters, the food. Aside from Boba Tea, they have lot’s of food! Ranging from a variety of options. Their food is delicious, and you can tell they take their time making it. I love Chatime’s Boba Tea, and variety of food options on their menu!

Secondly, the service. They always have a smile on their face and are willing to help you! They will wait as long as it takes you to decide your order, and get it ready within less than three minutes!

Third, the atmosphere. Many people come here to get boba throughout the day. They are always so kind! I have gotten the door held open for me, and a compliment on my outfit!

Vegetarian options: Lot’s of drinks for the vegetarian diet! And lot’s of food.

Parking: Lot’s of spots, and a short walk.

Kid-friendliness: Very very kid friendly! People have playdates here all the time.

Wheelchair accessibility: Curved sidewalk to get up, and door easy to open!

I've gotten loads of drinks from this place and have enjoyed every single one of them. When I moved out of Maryland this was one company I knew I'd miss. Now that I'm back I've gone no less than 5 times a month.

If you like sweet and fruity I recommend the Honeydew Juice, the Hawaiian fruit tea, and the Apple Green Tea.

If you like sweet and creamy I recommend the roasted milk tea, taro milk tea, and brownsugar milk tea.

Always got drinks from here and never had a problem with quality until recently. My delivery driver dropped one of my drinks because of the way it was packed. I was told they wouldn't make another drink and they didn't have any bags. I never experienced that before with them. It must be new staff.
