My only gripe about this location is it's kind of dicy to get to because of the way the area has been designed to handle traffic, but regardless, great food and great service.
Inside, the restaurant had a very strong, stinky, wet dog odor. Both 8 count nugget meals we're very old/cold. I was also surprised to see how dirty it was inside. This was our second time with these same issues at this location, minus the foul dog odor. I definitely won't be back eating at this location.

On August 30,2024 at about 10:50am , I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Chick-fil-A located at 408 Baltimore Pike in Bel Air, MD . I had placed a catering order, which was unfortunately delivered in paper bags with a careless presentation. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Despite attempts from a team members to assist, the manager, Sarah, refused to provide the black, presentable, and easy-to-carry bags that are usually standard at Chick-fil-A given my past experiences at various Chick Fil A.
Sarah’s lack of professionalism was apparent as she chose to communicate through the cashier rather than addressing me directly, even though I was right there. Her behavior was not representative of the high standards Chick-fil-A is known for. I asked if they had cups and straws in the bag for the two gallons of Lemonade I had purchased and the cashier said that they did but when I got to my destination, there were no cups or straws . Given the above stated experience, I couldn’t even harbor the thought of returning to that location for the cups and straws they initially acknowledged to have placed in my bag. This experience was not only frustrating but also disappointing given my long history of positive interactions with Chick-fil-A.
The Bel Air location would benefit greatly from better management and additional customer service training including one that also focuses on implicit bias . This incident was, by far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

This is the cleanest chick fil A I’ve ever seen they have cleaners buffing tables immediately as customers leave table and the bathroom has complimentary mouthwash.

No matter what you order from Chick-fil-A, it is very good. The service is excellent, and they rarely, if ever, forget to put an item in the bag.
It’s very annoying that my large size fries are filled halfway & my nuggets are hard as a rock. I will not be coming to this location anymore.

no issue with quality of food at this location, does have issues with drive thru efficiency. The left lane moves way faster than the right, so about 5 cars will end up ahead of you in line. Forest Hill seems to flow smoother.
