Let's face it, you go to CFA for consistency. The fast food restaurant industry usually provides quality service and an acceptable meal at a decent price. Who can mess up a chicken sandwich and fries?
When you drive here do yourself a favor, don't take a full size vehicle and don't let your teenager drive through this undersized parking lot. It is treacherous, and parking can be a nightmare.
I've never really been disappointed with CFA in general, however my last trip was not enjoyable. I went inside at 12:30 in the afternoon, and it was packed (but a short line).
Starting off, the first 180 degree turning the lot doesn't feel like it was installed at a legal radius - its tight with cars exiting at the same time from two directions.
Once inside I was very specific with wanting extra pickles on the side. They gave me two...and they obviously had not been kept in the refrigerator like I do at home.
I looked for a place to sit, every table except for one was occupied and that one was dirty. I needed o clean it myself. When I looked over the CFA manager was very comfy taking up a table at the restaurant with his laptop. I needed to bus my own table so he could write an employee schedule in the middle of the lunch crowd?
Waffle fries should look like, well, a waffle right? I must've got everything left in the bottom of the pan because it was very little waffle and many potatoe bits. Please don't call them waffle fries - call them potatoe bits if that's what you're going to serve
Other CFA have mints for a fresh taste in your mouth when you leave. Not this one, my breath smelled like warm pickles and potatoes bits. Let's be consistent CFA, either everyone has mints or no one does.

The supervisor name Brad is horrible! We ordered our food for dine in and waited for 15min. Walked up to counter and all the employees (bunch of high school kids) are chatting. I asked nicely to Brad about my order, seems like a supervisor-ish, and he didn't even bother to answer and looked at me and walked away. And then asked another employee who is handling food and finally find out that my food were ready on the tray and just sitting there for literally 20min.

I always get the spicy deluxe mail from Chick-fil-A and it is banging!! Dip that sandwich down in that Polynesian sauce and take a bite..... the flavors that hit your pallet be out of this world!!

Nothing is cheap now days but unfortunately I paid money for what I ordered and when you order something you expect it to be correct I just drove from the belair location to my job in fallston to find that the grilled chicken biscuit meal I ordered in on a hamburger bun really disappointing when your biscuit are really good the guy that took my order repeated it to me and it still ended up wrong order #8297

ABBY WAS THE BEST HERE SHE SHOULD TOTALLY GET THE HIGHEST RAISE (NOT BECAUSE SHE IS MY SISTER BUT SHE IS REALLY NICE AND INDEPENDENT I don’t know about Brooke on the other hand.

I bought a side kale salad and it seems to be half full. I asked for my money back but the manager came and gave me another one. I had my hands in the one he took back. salad and he took it back. So I don’t know if he’s gonna take it back and sell it to another customer after I have handled it, or he just decided he wasn’t gonna let me keep both of them. Poor excuse for a manager, he looked like he was about 20 years old if that,,,I won’t be going back to this Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A is getting hard up. I thought they was better than that… and it doesn’t even taste good they don’t even have a lot of seasoning on it. I never have issues from the Chick-fil-A in Perryhall. I guess I need to start going back there again. But I moved to this area. SMH!!

My son and I swung by for a quick breakfast this morning. While we were here an employee was sleeping on a table the entire time. Other employees were talking so loudly it was hard to have a conversation while we ate. I used the restroom before we left where 4 employees were hanging out and talking. When I went to wash my hands no one moved, they only stared at me. It took me saying “so sorry to be in your way” for one person to move so I could wash my hands. It’s safe to say we will not be back. Chick-fil-A used to have values and employees who provided superior service, unfortunately that is no longer the case.

There's nothing wrong with the flavor and service is still great. It's the PORTION SIZES... Really gone down hill. The waffle fries containers are BARELY filled to the top and the chicken breast/patties on the sandwiches don't really stick out the sides of the buns like they used to. If someone did a side-by-side comparison of a Chick-Fil-A and a Dave's Hot Chicken or Hangry Joe's chicken sandwich and fries meal.... Chick-Fil-A would lose HANDS DOWN every time. Come on, Chick-Fil-A!!! You're better than this!

Typical well run CFA, great employees, clean, fast but like all other fast food now I could be waited on at a sit-down restaurant for what we pay now at all fast food places

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A! The food was delicious as always fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service I received the employee that handed me my bag, Mikayla. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my order, greeting me with a warm smile and a genuinely positive attitude.
