My family has been going to Smyrna, TN's Chilis for decades but tonight was the absolute worst. I asked for a 6oz guiltless medium steak with pico, pesto and roasted asparagus and got none of that. What I did get was shribbled up microwaved asparagus, a burnt up steak that was cooked so long it was white inside and no toppings - pico or pesto sauce. It was horrible. We had a great time here! Party of 4 for dinner on a Friday. The rack of ribs, surf and turf, and kids pizza and fries were great! The service was awesome as well. Our waiter was Santos and he was fantastic. The manager Kim was also wonderful!
I truly appreciate a positive restaurant experience—something that seems pretty rare these days. But I was so impressed with our local Chili’s in Stephenville that I had to share. This was my second time using the app and I had earned a free item through the rewards program. Although the app wouldn’t allow us to add the item to our order, the Chili’s staff went above and beyond and kindly brought it out to us with a smile.
