Typically love chilis and the service and food is wonderful BUT I went on 1/31/24 got right in with no wait which was nice but the food not so much. Never got the ranch we asked for but was charged for it AND I was served RAW SHRIMP onto of my Cajun pasta I ordered. GROSSSS! Mentioned it to the waitress kindly bc it wasn’t her fault and the manager only took off $1.00 on our check for the raw shrimp they served me! The manager didn’t even come to the table to apologize - nothing. Very disappointed in the customer service and again not the waitress fault but serving raw shrimp could have made someone very sick. Unfort I’ll never be ordering that meal again bc I subconsciously can’t get over the shrimp. Prob will be a while before we eat at Chilis again

I had the pleasure of being served by Hannah at Chili’s, and I have to say, she made the entire experience exceptional. When we sat down, she greeted us warmly and made us feel like we were her top priority. Her attentiveness throughout the meal was on point—she checked in just the right amount, ensuring our drinks were refilled and we had everything we needed, without interrupting our conversation.
She was friendly and professional and went above and beyond to cater to our every need. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Finding a server who can balance efficiency with that personal touch is rare, but Hannah nailed it.
I’ll return to Chili’s and hope to have Hannah as my server again. Thanks for making our dining experience so memorable!

Chilli's is the only place that charges ,$6.49 for salsa and chips. Every Spanish restaurant in town gives you home made corn ships and salsa as soon as you sit at your table.
