Chili's never disappoints!!! Cajun chicken pasta is my fav!! My girls love the chicken crispers....my 10 yr old like them plain and my 13 yr old likes them smothered in the Nashville hot sauce. Jill was our server and she was freaking awesome!!! 🙌👏😃

My family has been going to Smyrna, TN's Chilis for decades but tonight was the absolute worst. I asked for a 6oz guiltless medium steak with pico, pesto and roasted asparagus and got none of that. What I did get was shribbled up microwaved asparagus, a burnt up steak that was cooked so long it was white inside and no toppings - pico or pesto sauce. It was horrible. I had to throw away the shribbled asparagus because they looked sad and inedible and there was something white and suspicious on one of the pieces. My husband's Rancher hamburger with bacon came without the Ranch sauce or any seasoning and my son's honey mustard had particles swimming in it. We threw that cup out. I was so disappointed with the food tonight. I'd always been such a big fan. Not anymore. I doubt we will ever go back especially after spending $68 on subpar food. Done.

We had a great time here! Party of 4 for dinner on a Friday. The rack of ribs, surf and turf, and kids pizza and fries were great! The service was awesome as well. Our waiter was Santos and he was fantastic. The manager Kim was also wonderful!

I truly appreciate a positive restaurant experience—something that seems pretty rare these days. But I was so impressed with our local Chili’s in Stephenville that I had to share. This was my second time using the app and I had earned a free item through the rewards program. Although the app wouldn’t allow us to add the item to our order, the Chili’s staff went above and beyond and kindly brought it out to us with a smile.
The order was quick, affordable, the service was pleasant, and the food was absolutely delicious. When I enjoy a meal this much, I’ll gladly return time and time again.
Ordered the chips and Queso only to find out it has been changed. WOW WHAT A LETDOWN. NO MEAT NO BEAN. It's nasty..Why do you change something that's so successful.

Went there with my bestie on Friday, 11/14/25. We both ordered the mushroom Swiss burger. Cooked to perfection which I hardly get at other places. My friend said the same thing about it! The service was great and she was attentive, not overbearing which is a plus! Atmosphere was very relaxing. I have been going to Chili’s for over 25 years! Teri Y.
