This particular Chipotle location is horrible. It has been for years. We usually actively avoid this location, preferring to drive well out of our way to other locations. The food quality and quantity vary wildly from visit to visit. Sadly, this location really just needs to shut down. Attached is just one of the bowls from the latest order that we picked up. There was hardly anything in there at all. Save your money.

I placed a catering order from this location 3 days ago to arrive today to feed 30 people at my organization. Twenty minutes after the order was supposed to be delivered I received a notification that the order was cancelled by the store with no explanation or contact from the store itself to explain. This order was over $700 dollars in total and now all 30 people have no lunch. This needs to be made right immediately.
Update: This store wouldn’t take my calls and have yet to call me back or reach out to me to apologize. “Customer Service” are the corporate level is all done through email, which took weeks. Their resolution was to give me a voucher for a free meal, which I never received, and quite honestly…….don’t even want at this point. All catering orders ands personal/family meals have shifted to Qdoba, which has been fantastic.

IT WAS THE WORST CHIPOTLE I'VE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!! The rice was unsalted, and the meat and chicken were very spicy. I bought 3 lunch boxes and threw more than half of them in the trash. They should also hire more staff. There were only 2 women serving, and they were very slow, they kept talking and it was taking too long. The line was huge after me.

I’ve eaten here for the past couple years but only because it’s convenient as it is so close to my house and it’s only gotten worse. The service for one is very slow and a previous time I went here the older black man hit on me mid burrito. The food never is good and multiple of my friends say the same thing and won’t dare go back to this location and waste our money here.

Waited in line for 10 minutes while a worker talked to his girlfriend im assuming ignoring my presence. I decided to just leave and as im walking out he serves his girlfriend instead. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Placed an order, arrived just to find out the door was locked, even though there were employees working inside. The store hours were 10:45am to 11pm, and we arrived around noon. There were over 10 other customers waiting outside in 90 degree weather, but no one opened the door or told us what was going on.

The food wasn’t bad, but the service wasn’t great hence the review. The what seemed to be manager at checkout, larger Hispanic gentleman, gave me and my friends attitude when we were just there to pickup food. I was checking out and he gave me attitude asking if i got chicken but looked at the worker, and then shrugged at me rolling his eyes saying “chicken???”. And I was like oh yeah, and I was ready to pay with my card out and he since I didn’t know he was asking me at first since he wasn’t looking at me. And then pointed at the door when I was waiting for my friend to finish ordering. And my Hispanic friend over heard them speaking down on us in Spanish.

I think I found the only Mexican restaurant that won't put, and refused, to put cilantro on my taco's. Lol okay 👍 Apparently as per Managers instructions - from the staff. Wouldn't even let me pay extra

I ordered 3 tacos and they were thrown together. One might as well been a veggie taco and the others were damn near empty. The chicken was next to invisible on the taco. So extremely disappointed this is beyond unacceptable and unsatisfactory.
