Well I in no way at all blame the gentleman who was serving me I certainly feel for the tough situation he's in between serving customers and managing expectations with management.
This particular franchise does not pour or measure out the full portions and will charge you double if you ask for more. Would highly recommend driving extra time to another location.

I suggest you go in the store and make sure they are giving you all that you paid for. I had a pick up order for a burrito bowl with the honey chicken and when I got home to eat there was barely any chicken in it. Overpriced and bullshit portions. I won’t be going here ever again smh.

This joint is mad dirty, bad customer service, n worst of all waiting 40 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready for disgusting, cold, skimped food, my girls burrito was straight up rice with maybe a couple pieces of meat n shit, other chick who was there was waiting at least an hour or more for her food, avoid this establishment at all costs, for real.

Don’t bother placing an online pickup order. You’ll be waiting for about 30 minutes. Even if there aren’t many people in the place. I’m here now and just watched the guy who is making the pick-up orders, get interrupted by a friend or family member. Not sure what they were talking about (Spanish), but I watched him leave the store three times within 15 minutes while six people sat around waiting for their orders. On top of that, not the cleanest Chipotle. Overflowing trash cans are pretty common here.

Always out of stock! They never have veggies. Out of black beans today. My burrito is so small, half the size of a salad, not worth it. Zero consistency. But I see them make big burritos for their friends.
Vegetarian options: They claim to offer vegan and vegetarian items, but they are always out of veggie options.
I spent $15 on a burrito and they would not give me a cup of water. Some lame excuse about people running off with cups of water or some bs. Absolutely pathetic customer service. I need water to drink with my food and I’ll be damned if I’m gonna pay three dollars for the privilege of drinking water.

Very rarely visit this location a coworker was in from out of town and this was the closest location. Typically wait forever for food as folks stand behind the counter and talk and pay no attention to customers.
