I don’t appreciate that all other locations have two chip options, small and large. This location only offers Large chips, which is fine. My issue is, they give out the small portion size, disguised and labeled as large. I believe it’s very deceptive!

This is the worst Chipotle location. Ordering for pick up or delivery ALWAYS leads to your order missing an item. At this point I have to believe it’s to short their customers on purpose and save the store money. It’s impossible to think our order would be missing something every time by coincidence. Go to the one in Forest Hill.

I came in here to buy a steak bowl and a medium drink they told me they wouldn't sell me a medium drink only a large drink and then asked for a courtesy cup they told me they wouldn't give me a courtesy cup I was forced to only buy a large drink it might seem trivial but if you do that to every single customer make them buy a large cup it adds up. I checked the Chipotle website and in fact they're supposed to offer medium cups so I don't know why this place is trying to hustle you.

Food was great. We waited in line nearly 5 min before we were helped as there were no employees visible when we walked in, even in the kitchen. And this was at 2:30 in the afternoon.

I’m sorry to say, but this restaurant has failed me. I came to dine in here at 12 pm on the dot and their chips were stale and nasty. Not to mention the seating outside on the patio was bad. The door locks from the outside where people sit to eat. After I finished eating I was locked outside standing for 20 minutes waiting from someone to open the door. I will not be dining here ever again!!
Do not order from here if you are in a pinch for time. Horrible service. Had nothing prepared. Do not go.

7:30 pm when most Chipotle’s have a line of people waiting to order, this Chipotle is DEAD!! 2 customers inside eating. None in line. Now I know why. The lettuce was brown (falls short of FRESH ingredients) and when I asked for a water cup, I was informed they don’t provide those. Every other Chipotle I’ve been to does, except this one. Way to stand out!!! This made my decision easy. I’ll never visit the Bel Air Chipotle again. Buh bye!!
