My dad picked me up from summer camp and it was super hot outside so we went to cold Stone and the ice cream was probably the best ice cream I have ever tasted. They had all different flavors. You can make your own flavor they had different toppings like coconut, Oreos, M&M’s sprinkles, etc. so if you’re going to an ice cream place, you should probably go to cold Stone.

I stopped here on Monday evening to get a little after dinner treat. Not a long wait at all, plenty of staff working. Order 3 ice creams, love the variety available. While there wasn't really a lot of different ice creams, there were plenty of different mixins. Ordered the apple pie alamode, it was great, you would think that apple pie filling and Carmel would be too rich and creamy, but they added plenty of gram cracker to give it a great contrasting texture. The ice cream itself was very good, rich flavor.

Just stopped in for a treat. I bought the Like it. Ironically, it was awful. The service was horrible. I asked for vanilla ice cream with fudge mixed in. I got a cup 3/4 full with a blob of chocolate on top. Not what I expected. I will post a picture of this hot mess! Very disappointed. That my friends is a 6.99 ice cream! Sad : (

Just 90 minutes before close, the entire middle school drama club showed up after their weekend performances. The crew working managed the crowd with grace and smiles. Kudos to them, they worked hard tonight.

Went around 19:30 1/17/25 and ordered ice cream and 2 smoothies. Staff rolled their eyes then moaned and groaned about having to make the smoothies and left massive clumps of ice as about 1/3 of the smoothie wasn’t drinkable. They noticeably did not blend the smoothies long enough and on lower power. This location has historically been very good, maybe just an off night.

The trash that’s in front of cold stone and is horrible and it’s always like that. They have no urgency to address the issue. It’s an eyesore to a great establishment. When I take my children to get ice cream, the first thing we see is smelly trash. Please address this issue.
Manager at 8pm on November 9th was very arrogant. Waited 35 minutes for one cup of ice cream ordered online. Asked if it was ready at pickup time and was told it was being made. 20 minutes later, I asked for a refund for an order that still wasn’t made. The manager told me it’s ready and had been sitting in the fridge. “You’re not getting a refund, you can take it or leave it” best part was the teenage co-workers acted more mature than him during the situation.
Ordered at 8:01 for 8:15 pickup. Arrived at 8:15 and was told that it was going to be made. Waited till 8:35, looked up and noticed the manager staring at me. Walked up to the coworker and asked for a refund. Coworker interrupts manager taking care of other customers to ask about refund . Manager looks at me and says “you’re gonna have to give me a minute, im helping someone out”.

However, my first impression walking through the door wasn’t the best. The place could use a serious deep clean. The customer service was just okay—not terrible, but nothing to rave about either. One thing that really caught my attention was the lack of ingredient details and allergy information, which is a big deal for many. Also, they don’t offer samples of most flavors, which felt like a missed opportunity.
Now, about the ice cream itself—it’s good, but I’m a little concerned about the sugar levels. The cone I ordered was so sweet that I couldn’t finish it, and the cone itself tasted stale, which killed the vibe for me. While I wouldn’t say it’s a bad spot, there’s definitely room for improvement. The long lines and high prices make me question whether it’s worth coming back for a treat that didn’t fully satisfy. Here’s hoping they step up their game because this place has potential!
