Went around 19:30 1/17/25 and ordered ice cream and 2 smoothies. Staff rolled their eyes then moaned and groaned about having to make the smoothies and left massive clumps of ice as about 1/3 of the smoothie wasn’t drinkable. They noticeably did not blend the smoothies long enough and on lower power. This location has historically been very good, maybe just an off night.
This creamery has an impressive selection of ice cream flavors and toppings, which is always a win in my book. I’ve also had their ice cream cakes, and they’re definitely worth trying! However, my first impression walking through the door wasn’t the best. The place could use a serious deep clean. The customer service was just okay—not terrible, but nothing to rave about either. Great tasty choices! The strawberry blonde was excellent. We were the only ones there and she was quick to whip up 3 cups of deliciousness. Daughter loved the cotton candy with gummy bears and kitkat.
