I just recently visited over the easter Holiday!! The service was outstanding. Was no hassle to place my order, went to wait in my car and the young ladies at the front brought my order right to my car. I would like to see the point system improve I did come in several times prior and my rewards were not added to my account.

Excellent Service from the Staff. The young woman greeted me with a smile and was very patient to look for a good size of the type of fish I wanted. She did a great job cleaning the fish. She is always nice to us Customers. It’s a pleasure doing business with Conrad's Crabs.

They lied to me over the phone resulting in me paying extra after I got there. I also didn't appreciate seeing my food being manhandled in front of me. My "jumbo lump crab cake" was the very small, and literally every bite had shell in it. Go to a different location if you can.

I had the double crabcake meal with onion rings, cucumber salad, and coleslaw, which all were too much for me to finish at one sitting. Next time, I will get the crabcake broiled, but fried was almost as good.When I'm in MD again, I will stop in. Their fresh seafood looked amazing. No fishy smells in this joint!Note: There were more onion rings before I took the pic.
