On this particular visit almost all of the food was terrible, and served cold or just lukewarm.
The fries were not cooked through, still was raw potato in the center. Ordered a steak surf and turf meal, and got the wrong version of it with different seasoning and the wrong shrimp. The steak was not cooked to the correct temperature. Ordered medium rare, and got almost well done, very tough steak. My trout was overcooked and flavorless. Greens tasted old and funky. Mac and cheese had a weird unidentifiable lump in it. Cheese and butter on the baked potato did not even melt at all, is how cold it was served. The only thing that was good were the biscuits, whoever made em that day, did a really good job on them.
We were asked at the end how everything was and we told her honestly. But what is the point of even asking if you do nothing to mend or improve the awful dining experience your customers are having?
The man at the register did edit the bill with a little discount. But if we didn’t say anything to him that wouldn’t have happened.
Overall, it was just a really disappointing experience. We did not leave with that happy, fulfilling, wholesome feeling that we expect from Cracker Barrel.

I love Cracker Barrel. However, this is the most unfriendly location. Food was ok. Glad they have mimosa!

I have always gotten the Chicken and Dumplings when I go to Cracker Barrel and for the first time it was not the best. I only had like 2 dumplings and all chicken. I guess for now on I might have to order dumplings as a side dish.

Bad service. Literally, we were pushed out of there. There were plenty of empty seats. Never will go back to that location.

We both got the turkey dinner, but noticed none of it was very hot- when we let the waitress know she said she would mention it to the cook. When she dropped our bill she thanked us for letting them know bc the steam table hasn’t been turned on… we paid full price never saw a manager and left.

The waitress was very nice .
When the food came out all three meals were cold .We asked to see a manager one never came . The veggies were dried up and cold . We asked for two meals to be taken off the check . Because we had a long drive back to Delaware we were visiting a friend that had a double lung transplant. My friend got up from the table and spoke to the hostess and asked her to get the manager for us . She said no one told her that we had a problem . Very disappointed with Cracker Barrel’s kitchen staff and cold food . I would give you a thumbs up down .

I ordered the new shrimp and grits skillet and it was practically cold when it came to the table. My husband's tenders weren't much warmer. This is like the 3rd time our food has come luke warm. Seriously considering choosing somewhere else next time

The place is very warm and extraordinarily well attended with kindness and joy. The decoration is very striking.
The food didn't catch my attention, nothing special to highlight, maybe it was just the wrong dish and it wasn't representative. In short, I am left with the excellent service in my memory.

my friend and i stopped here on a road trip at around noon yesterday, i hadnt been to cracker barrel since i was a kid and was looking forward to that warm nostalgic feeling of going there with my family as a kid. ill say it was the opposite of warm. unfortunately it was a bad experience all around from where we were seated to the quality of the food. the food was cold! how does that happen at a restaurant? wasnt the food just cooked? why is it cold already? my friend was given the wrong side. and next to us i witnessed the hostess seat a gentleman at a dirty table. not a good cracker barrel 👎👎👎👎 also the serving was very small for the price.

My sides were cold. My mashed potatoes and carrots were cold, as if they sitting for a long time. I normally don't complain or send food back. I'm afraid of how it might be return.
But my server was excellent. So sweet and very nice. Kylie was great.
