Way too noisy, music loud and annoying

Extremely cold. Other customers complaining as well. Why do you have a big open fireplace going and sucking all the heat out. Also waited 15+ minutes to check out with only one person in front of me. I won't be going back.

To begin, everyone is super friendly. They shopping area is great. The food was superb. I had the strawberries and cream pancakes. I took one home for breakfast tomorrow. Everything is always great here.

I took a friend here for lunch. He has memory problems, and the waitress was so patient while I helped him decide what to have. The food was hot, delicious and well prepared. The pot roast in particular was picture perfect! A great visit!

Very chatty waitress . Not with us but another table. Because of that our food was luke warm not hot but we ate it. My first time at a Cracker Barrel.

The food seemed to take forever and we were told they had no sausage casserole quite a while after ordering. How do you run out of that at 9AM?! No military or senior discount at his location...

The food was different then any other food I had. It was so-so. But the service was great. Great customer service and nice for a gift shop or self purchase.
