Loved walking there from our sister-in-law's house. I had the pistachio waffle cone, marvelously delicious. We sat by the comfy chairs, kind of couch like, took our time, then got coffee and boston creme donut. It was the afternoon, but all was super fresh. Note: they do NOT have that little 'skirt' to hold the paper cup, even if the coffee is too hot to hold. I miss those old termic cups! Oh please get some cute skirts done with cool season themes, colors, phrases, etc... we deserve that! šŸ˜‡

This the first time I've posted a negative review in my life, but today I felt I had to!
My family has been visiting this Dunkin at least 5-6 days a week since we moved in the area, 2020. Sadly, we faced wrong food orders at least once or twice a week. To avoid morning frustration, about 3 months ago we decided to go to the Dunkin in Abingdon, and Honestly never disappointed us.

Today, I decided to try my usual order again, a bagel with butter, egg, n cheese. As I was about to hit 95, I opened the bag, and here we go- once again, all I found was a bagel, No toast, No butter, No egg, and of course No cheese. I went back to the store to express my frustration and told them it was a mistake to come back again.

The drive-thru lines are also extremely slow.
Very disappointing service overall.

One of the better options for Dunks! I’ve had issues with almost every other one. It’s too bad it’s a franchise but as far as this one goes, they just renovated the inside, the staff (at least at the drive thru) is always friendly! I hardly have my order wrong and if I do and go back they are happy to remake. There another one down the street that I refuse to go to so this one it is!

You guys need to get your act together. Your sugar is fine, everything tastes as it should.. but your communication and attentiveness is terrible. You should implement some sort of ticket system so you know who's next in line and train your crew to know your products. The only competent employee is the girl moping the floors. She was paying attention, knows how to ask questions, and made sure my order was understood. Give her a raise and demote the others.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, they have all new staff who are not very welcoming. Sighing and huffing as if my business is an inconvenience, never have I had this happen at a business. Not only that I got there 40 minutes before they closed and tried ordering a small chocolate milkshake only to be turned down saying the ice cream portion is closed. It’s a dunkin/baskin robins duplex so why would the hours be listed the same for both if the BR half closes before the Dunkin half? I guess they just didn’t feel like making my milkshake So still trying to have a positive insight I get my usual coffee due to working overnights to them having an attitude rolling their eyes and singing loudly I have no idea what the issue was but the service and professionalism was terrible and my coffee was BARELY EVEN WARM. I don’t know if I will be back.
