My brother and I both got iced coffees and had to pay extra to get the ice removed. But instead of filling the rest with coffee, the filled it with water. It tasted terrible and super watered down. On top of this my croissant sandwich was burnt. We called back to complain multiple times but they didn’t answer once. Terrible experience and probably never going back.

They have a 6 ft long shelf for mobile pre-orders but I don’t know why. They like to keep the orders behind the counter while all the girls gather by the drive thru window chit chatting.
So I have to watch numerous people walk in, order, and get their food/drink before me, while I stare at my order behind the counter just begging to be given away.
The lady who runs this place needs a lesson on how PRE ORDERS work.

So tonight I ordered on my mobile app I got my coffee and drove away and noticed that it wasn't right so I took it back and they didn't make it right the second time they give me some frappe crap like I don't understand I've never had any problems from this place before but they weren't even told exactly what I got and they made it wrong again I cannot believe this this is two times and they got $5.87 from me for free tonight
