Literally just left Dunkin now. We were in a supreme time crunch, my wife needed food before going to work and we chose Dunkin thinking it would fast service and good food. Instead what I got was attitude and dirty looks and they didn’t even have my food ready that I ordered 10 minutes in advance. A egg bacon n cheese bagel and some hash browns. Drive thru were still getting all their stuff and we still somehow had to wait even after ordering so far ahead. Got nothing but excuses and bad attitudes and dirty looks. Food was subpar for the cost and literally she said afterwards that she would have rather of not ate then dealt with such a terrible customer service experience. Save yourself the peace of mind and go elsewhere, this place is terrible. Also to include, it was the manager himself who gave the terrible service. Thanks. -Derek

I ordered a sausage wrap and asked for it to be toasted dark. I was told it couldn't be toasted dark because it was a wrap. I told the cashier it's an open wrap that can just stay in the toaster longer and that they do it all the time here. She said I'll just figure it out. When I received it it was not toasted dark which was not my biggest issue. My biggest concern was that I also ordered a medium drink and they charged me for a large. She haned me the drink and I noticed it was wrong so I asked for the recipient. She pulled the receipt out of the trash and gave it to me versus reprinting a new one. I explained I didn't want a large and she said well I can't give you a refund because the manger is not here. Then she told me it's only a dollar. I said but that is not what I ordered then she said well its only $.50 and handed it to me from the cup on the side of the register. I still don't know if the difference was $1.00 or $.50. They also never give you napkins unless you ask.

if your going to work at dunkin you need to know how to make a latte. the workers don’t know what they are doing and have awful service when you tell them something is wrong. learn how to make drinks before you complain about people saying it’s wrong.

Employees refused service and said its closed at 5:50PM even though open light is on and store hours say its still open for a few hours.
I always come to this location and I literally place the order online a peach spark energy drink and I get to one there and they give me the wrong one and then she wants to fight me for five minutes saying this is what I ordered. No, it’s not what I ordered and I showed her to order. Then she shut the window on me mid conversation and gave me the peach energy that I ordered I said lemonade.

Good food. Just can't seem to ever have any fresh tea. I go to the one in Aberdeen or Havre de Grace as a result. Yes, I like hot coffee, but I like iced tea when it's 90F plus.
