Ordered delivery and they completely screwed the order. One of my subs was completely wrong and the other one clearly had items put on it and then taken off of it. There’s remnants of tomatoes and pickles on a sub that wasn’t supposed to have either. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. It was an even bigger slap in the face that the bag says “this order was double-checked for Deliciousness and Accuracy”.

The food is good as always but this place has a mediocre staff. The sandwich looked like it was rushed and meat packed towards one side of the sandwich bread.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this establishment. The management is completely unprofessional, and their attitude makes it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. On top of that, the customer service is rude and dismissive, showing no effort to address concerns or provide basic respect to their patrons.

This place needs a serious overhaul in how they treat people. Until they improve their service and management, I cannot recommend it to anyone. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

A little slow with operations but food was good. Asked for meatballs in a cup instead of bread but got it in a sub instead which was surprisingly good lol. Would get again....gave me extra as well. Thx

Good food, but ALWAYS understaffed. Very very slow. Don't go here if you are in a hurry. Saturday before Christmas... One person. Dumb

When i went in a worker name tag said Mirand was using foul language cursing at other workers and at me while taking my order. She was being extremely rude to me and the person before me that was in line she was rolling her eyes while taking orders and speaking in a tone and using words that should not be used in a place of work on top of that my sub was made incorrectly.

This place really went down hill, it use to be good now, it's just horrible. Barely anything on my sandwich, asked for mushrooms added on and charged me extra just for me to get my sandwich with no mushrooms... Ordering a sandwich felt like I was bothering them to give them buisness due to online orders that they cant keep up with. Will NEVER be ordering food here again.

It is very nice of the chain to aggressively advertise a meal for veterans on Veteran's Day. Unfortunately, this location put a sign up saying they had no product left and were closed. I was there at 5:00 and don't know what time their sign went up.

Owner ripping off veterans on veterans day, for context during veterans day it was a free meal of a sub, chips and a drink. The owner using the excuse that because he's a franchisee. It would only be chips and drink free. Would not go here again

The food is great. I drive 30 miles to get there. Its worth it. We had the new turkey sub and the captain club.
