Far too many times they got my order wrong. I stopped going months ago when I called in an order and 3 out of the 5 things were wrong and they would not either replace or give me a refund, they just blamed me and the young girl wrote down what I requested. The three things that were wrong were things I NEVER ordered before, or tried before, so why would I pick that day to try three different things. I strongly believe she mixed up my order with another, for the two things correct were fries and onion rings. Avoid at all costs. Plus, the floors are very dirty, and if the floors are dirty, then there's cleaning problems elsewhere.

Ordered a chicken cheesesteak tonight , says online it comes with lettuce onions Hot’s mayo.. take it home it’s literally just chicken and cheese. But the worst part is the chicken was rubber and super dry .. such a big dissapointment. How do businesses that serve this trash stay open

It is mostly for take out. Stromboli are custom made with considerable flexibility and are with a perfect crust. Pizza is quite good. Mine on an outdoor grill are better. They are not deep dish nor exactly new York. The garlic bread texture and value are great. Needs more flavor but I say that about every place.Kid-friendliness: It is usually near empty. Make sure kid doesn't wander outside which is quote dangerous. Otherwise it is ideal

One of 2 of my all time favorite pizza places in bel air. Amazing customer service, amazing food. I usually get cheesesteak, pizza, or cheeseburger sub and everytime I walk out completely satisfied. Great family atmosphere they always make sure you have what you need owner will check on you to make sure your food is good (and it always is ?) I was a loyal Fortunato Brothers' customer until last night, Monday, September 11, 2023. I typically order the same thing, one of them being a large pepperoni pizza sub with extra sauce. I ordered carryout and a young girl confirmed my entire order (large order) over the phone. I arrived at the store and said my name and she repeated the order, but one of the items was wrong. Instead of a large pepperoni pizza sub, she said a large meatball sub. I said no, and she said that's what you ordered (argumentally). Again, I said it a large pepperoni pizza sub, for I don't like meatball subs. I've never had one, plus I had their spaghetti and meatballs and didn't like them. Also, I don't like their pizza (too thin and rubbery). She said it would be another 20 minutes, I said I can't have this other food ordered wait that long and to just cancel the order. I could tell she was not happy. I left without the other food and went elsewhere, which I highly recommend to everyone. I am no longer a Fortunatos' customer.

We have been coming to this restaurant for almost 20 years today I ordered 2 cheesesteaks Fried mushrooms and French fries I understand times are a little difficult but for $42 I would expect a much better product then what we got The 2 cheesesteaks we got had no cheese not to mention hardly any steak , Burnt fried mushrooms Old soggy French fries I would hope management would have a talk with the Shift workers about quality control And detail to the order they receive

Ordered 1 veggie pizza, a penne primavera, and tomato bread. We loved it. This was 1st time we tried their food. Pizza was nice experience and delicious. The garlic bread that comes with penne primavera turns out soo good. Penne primavera with white sauce turns out so creamy and flavorful. It beats the pasta from dominoes. We will definitely come back for sure.
