Food is always good— I love the lunch special. Today I branched out and got some shrimp nigiri and I was just so disappointed with the size. Not even the size of the shrimp but how little rice they used it’s like they were rationing. I weighed it on my food scale out of curiosity and it was 0.4oz. Not even a half oz of rice…. Like the size of my wife’s thumb and she is small.

I decided to treat myself last night to some sushi which I have been craving and was very disappointed The two rolls that I ordered were horrible They were watery and mushy as if they’d been frozen and thawed There was big chunks of salmon in the one roll which I hated instead of smaller pieces like I normally experience with sushi from here I am retired and can’t afford to order out so was just so unhappy and disappointed with my food I do have to add that the miso soup was delicious

The food is decent and pretty consistent. My go to for decent and quick sushi. I tried their hibachi today and it was just okay for me. The rolls were as good as they usually are.

Such a great experience here with Jasmin Y. as our server. She was super attentive and efficient in making sure we had a wonderful meal. Spotless contemporary decor, and, their restrooms were spotless and well appointed as well. Edamame is a simple appetizer but their version was the best we've ever had. We got a number of sushi rolls that were fantastic and the Nigiri sushi we chose (Botan Ebi, Uni, and Aburi) was incredibly fresh and well prepared. Can't wait to come again! Thank you Fuji Sushi!!
