Teas are INCREDIBLE!They also do one on one coaching with products (if you choose but there is no pressure to do this at all)Free Cardio drumming classes are so much fun and a great workout!Community is unmatched!!There is nothing else like it around!!

Me and my fiance workout super early and thought no protein shop is open early but got lucky to find this shop within 2 visits I fell in love not just with the protein drinks and how fantastic they taste but also with how amazing the customer service is. I work in customer service and I notice anything good or bad other businesses do and this business I only see the best customer service the owners are a mother and daughter and I've only met the daughter so far but she's been super quick making my drinks and a ray of sunshine to talk to and after just 2 visits she remembered my name and to say the least I will be a loyal customer to them and they are worth the try if you want a protein drink that tastes fantastic and is super healthy❤️❤️
